I had my bi-annual maintenance completed with Daniel Ramirez. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He made sure the unit was functioning properly and that I had no questions/concerns.

Chris showed up on time, was courteous, and was always quick to answer any questions I had. After carefully evaluating the situation and communicating multiple solutions I was able to come up with a solution to my HVAC needs, or if I want I can get and entirely new system to replace my 15 year old upstairs unit. Great service and great employees, what else could you ask for.

Jacob Force my tech was courteous, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained clearly my choices for repair with no pressure. I will continue to use rite way and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for fast service.

Safari serviced our A/D on 06/16 and the entire experience was joyful. He was profession, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely being inviting Rite Way into my home again based on my experience. If you are thinking about using them, DO! And, also, the maintenance special isn't a gimmick! I thought maybe I was getting sold on something that would involve and upcharge sales opp at some point. Safari didn't do that either. Straight shooter all the way around. Love this and him. I will return!!

Ramon Castillo from Rite Way Heating and Cooling did an excellent cleaning and maintenance job on our AC system. He was incredibly thorough as he rinsed the condenser coil, flushed the condensation line, and checked all electrical components. Ramon was absolutely professional, courteous, and kind. When I have an AC, heating, or plumbing problem, I call Rite Way without hesitation. Well done Ramon!

From the office to the field they were great. Isaiah was knowledgeable, professional, and respected our new home. It was my first real experience with Rite Way, so I can't speak to the entire process, but they've made a great first impression.

My HVAC system was serviced today by Safari Antoine from Rite Way AC. He was very professional, told me exactly when he was going to arrive, and he was easy to talk to. He did a thorough job and gave me a written report with photos concerning the status of my system. I felt he was a real pro and I highly recommend him and Rite Way AC.

Michael Contreras completed a V.I.P. Maintenance service on my HVAC system they installed in 2017. Staff kept me well informed throughout the day on when Michael would arrive. All work was done in a professional manner and options were clearly indicated. Documentation provide was excellent.

I was exceptionaly please with the plumbing work done by your service person Keith Cummings. He alerted me to his time of arrival and was on time. He made a professional diagnosis of the situation, secured the materials needed, and completed the job in a timely manner. He was personable, used terms that were respectful of my non-plumbing language, and took care to keep my dogs safe. I would request Keith’s service in the future.
