I was very please with the service I received from Rite-way. Jorge was very knowledgeable and explain everything with pictures of each item in need of repair. In addition he called Lennox and ensure the parts were cover under warranty. This saving me thousand of dollars. As soon as the part arrive we were schedule the next day. Jacob Force was fantastic! He showed up on time, was very professional and very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my AC unit. I was worried it was going to be an expensive repair and he showed me what was wrong very quickly. He made the repair right away and also did a thorough evaluation of the entire system. Getting a new ac was an unexpected, expensive purchase, so we contacted 4 companies before making a decision. Now that we are finally done with the process and have a working system again, we can confidently give a good review of Rite Way and everyone we worked with. Geoffrey, our salesperson, was efficient and knowledgeable. He provided detailed information for multiple options, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. Melina, Jerry and Stacy were a phenomenal installation crew. They were on time, worked diligently all day, cleaned up the mess and kept us informed throughout the process. The system itself is fantastic! Keeps us cool, is much quieter, and has some nifty smart features. Hope not to need another HVAC contractor for our home anytime soon, but if you do, give Rite Way a try!!

Encouraged my daughter to schedule with Rite Way and the person went out and gave her astronomical pricesto just get her ac going but really pushed for a new until. Had an independent ac person come out the next day and fix it in less then an hour for 1/7 of the price and tell her the unit is fine and left her a few things she can think about to keep it going strong not even in the ball park of what Rite Way proposed. Shocking when the reviews are all so glowing .

Bradley Elam did an outstanding job for my mother-in-law yesterday. With 106F outside temp and an A/C that wasn't keeping up, she was very concerned. Bradley isolated and fixed the issue, and took the extra time to make sure my mother-in-law felt comfortable in her home again.
