The sewer blockage was a hard plastic toilet flapper valve, very old.
The plumber tried many different ways to break it up, ultimately got it done.

Steve came out today to look at my AC unit, the service was prompt and knowledgeable. Steve answered all of my questions and explained everything in plain terms so I could understand what was going on with the AC unit. He even stayed to show me how to change out the filters in my unit. The call service was also quick to respond anytime I called.

Issue was not fixed, service person did not seem interested if fixing the problem, only in selling a warranty membership and moving on to the next job $89 later. Called someone else and diagnosed immediately, parts on the way !

Everything about AC by J is outstanding. Bought a new unit about 2 1/2 years ago and the experience has been so awesome from day one. I love the maintenance package and routine servicing. Recently had some damage from an electrical issue and they were there in no time flat to fix the problem and explain what happened. Their prices are extremely reasonable and everyone is very friendly. I love that they do plumbing, A/C, etc. I will continue to use AC by J and highly recommend them. This past week Kolten came by to complete the maintenance and he is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and friendly. Great job AC by J!!!
