Was having a mysterious AC issue on 118° day. Having previously attempted to contact other companies I finally reached AC by Jay. Was greeted by someone on the phone who listened and prioritized our issue. They were professional and knowledgeable and Steve our technician found the issue quickly during the inspection (ended up not being caused by our AC unit). Nice to know they do more than just air-conditioning also electrical and plumbing divisions which we will surely use and absolutely recommend to anybody who’s looking for a full service team to help them with the unknowns that come up in home ownership.

Evan showed up just a few hours after our call during a very hot day. He quickly assessed the issue with our older AC system and performed the necessary repairs. He informed us of a maintenance issue with the dirty coils but didn’t pressure us on it which was why we decided to go ahead with the cleaning process. Very happy with Evan and AC by J

Called for service on a Sunday at 5:40pm, the technician was on his way at 6pm, and received a text with his name and photo. The repair was so fast that our AC never got above 80 on a 110 degree day! He was thorough and professional! And incredibly affordable for an after hours service call!

I would highly recommend this business they were professional and very helpful. Their pricing was fair and their communication was very good about the problem. They were also not pushy in selling product, but let you know if you needed anything they were there. My tech was Freddy Perez he was great he was great about looking over system and recommending a fix. They call you before they fix anything explained the price and the repair. My tech was Freddie Perez and he was great.

The service person was friendly and well qualified. He was also timely. He did a regular service and we added some added cleaning to make the AC run as efficiently as possible. AC by Jay has serviced my home for many years.

Easy to schedule but they do get booked out so don't wait to schedule your routine maintenance with them! Tech showed up on time and was very respectful of my home offering to wear shoe booties and taking great care moving his ladders and equipment. He even changed out all of my (5) AC filters. Very thorough cleaning and flushing of my ground units and full inspection/cleaning of attic air handlers. They may not be "cheap" but I feel they offer the best total service VALUE. Proper maintenance can add years of service life to your system! I absolutely recommend AC by J for your HVAC maintenance and service needs.

I came back from vacation to the hottest days we’ve had all summer and my AC was out. I called at 7pm on a Sunday night before an holiday week and got a call back in 30 minutes with an appointment for the following morning. Kolton arrived promptly and easily diagnosed the issue. The repair couldn’t occur until a few days later but they got me on the schedule and repair complete as expected. The office staff fielding my phone calls and the interactions with Kolton on site were unbelievably professional. I will continue to use their services!
