Had some plumbing work done by ACbyJ. Andrew ( lead) and Brian apprentice were amazing. Explain the job, went over pricing. Did the work efficiently and were very polite and friendly.
I have their HVAC and Electrical team coming next week. ACbyJ is my only source for these services.

AC abruptly stopped working one evening, accompanied by a loud "clunk" noise. I made an appointment online that night for a service call, ASAP. The next morning they called to set the time of the service call...just a couple hours later! I was amazed I could get service so fast. Derrick and Austin (a trainee) were very professional. They thoroughly investigated and found that a transformer had blown. They had the part, and fixed it right away. All along they updated me on their progress and how much it would cost, without pressuring me for unnecessary options. I have signed up for their annual maintenance plan, and feel confident I've got a relationship with a company that I'll keep for years.

Michael was one of the most knowledgeable and professional people I've ever had do work on or at my house. He was very friendly and patient with all my questions. I got a couple estimates to repair my AC, and while AC by J was competitive in their price, they were not the lowest, but I still went with them because Michael gave me the most confidence in doing the repair both in his knowledge and experience but also in his candid demeanor.

Third time was a charm. Our first appointment for plumbing repair was canceled by the provider due to being short staffed. The second attempt was thwarted by the service tech losing the keys to his work van and therefore unable to accomplish anything for us. The third time we were dispatched a tech who usually services the Scottsdale area named Gilbert. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious at his craft and did a fabulous job for us. AC by J totally redeemed themselves with this one. Thank goodness for hard working employees like Gilbert.

Our tech Carlos was fantastic. He kept us updated throughout the repair process. He showed us pictures & videos. Awesome experience in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

My very old AC unit suddenly stopped working this morning, after the routine maintenance appointment the day before. I called right away and they were able to get me scheduled. For both visits, my technician Dallas, was an absolute trooper and came back and worked for over 4 hours in 115 degrees to get it back up and running. He definitely knows his stuff and I’m so grateful he was so dedicated and thorough to get the job done. Thank you to all!

We were experiencing trouble with our tankless water heater and now that AC by Jay does plumbing, and they are handling our AC Units maintenance in a very professional manner, we decided to give them a call on this plumbing issue. Mikey was what we were expecting from AC by Jay a professional, highly knowledgeable, polite gentlemen that showed up to handle our issue which turned out to be many with our Tankless System. He worked untiled he had all the issue worked out in a patient and professional manner. We had such a great experience we are now having AC by Jay handle all our plumbing needs along with our AC Units. Thanks again to Mickey for all your help and follow up - nicely done and we the next time we call we will be asking for you.

Everything about this company is refreshingly positive. Scheduling was easy and painless with Jennifer. Michael arrived as scheduled and was able to quickly identify the problem with our water heater. He not only provided a cost-effective resolution but he then took the time to address a couple other plumbing issues we’d been dealing with that weren’t on the work order NOR the invoice. :-) Easily the best company I’ve dealt with in years.

I had Jacob the AC tech come out. He was extremely friendly, answered all my questions and felt like I was given honest info. In my past I had 2-3 horrible experiences with previous companies telling my I needed a new AC unit and giving no data / proof of that. Jacob showed me the parts not doing their proper job, the volts/proper levels and really made me feel comfortable with what I needed to do. ACbyJ will get all the referrals I can send their way and I would recommend to anyone reading this to give them a shot.

This is my go to AC, gas and plumbing company that does my yearly maintenance and cleaning. They are very honest, neat and very professional and do an exceptional job for however long it takes to inspect and clean! Juan was my service person Friday. He was excellent!
