We had another excellent experience with AC by J! We had our AC units and system tuned up and checked as the weather brats up. AC by J is always professional, on time, reliable and honest.

We've used ACbyJ after relocating to Arizona over 4 years ago and after bad experiences with home warranties and two other plumbing companies, we called ACbyJ and immediately received superior customer and professional plumbing services. They truly felt like our problem was their problem and they were going to take care of us like family. That was over 4 years ago and they still take care of all of our various plumbing needs and then some just like family. I really can't recommend highly enough, they are absolutely, hands down the best! Once you make that first call to them, you too will be part of the family. Alan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt pressured either.

They always showed up as scheduled, very friendly and explained everything well. They were quick to get my new a/c installed and offered to help me with a portable in the meantime due to it being so hot outside.

I highly recommend AC by Jay the entire staff is kind, courteous, and attentive to your needs. Freddy and Pedro went above and beyond to help diagnosis, repair and install a hot water heater. They were knowledgeable and respectful to all my questions and concerns! They rolled out the red carpet and made sure I was confident using my new appliance.

Our guy was very thorough, but we had asked the representative when making an appointment if he’d be able to install our faucet in the kitchen. They said yes. When we asked him he seemed as if he wasn’t interested in doing the extra work. Maybe because it was the end of the day? And quoted us a lot as well. I was kind of disappointed because i had everything under the sink cleared out for him.

They replaced our water tank. Replaced the water filters and generally check plumbing in the house. The two men that came from ACbyJ were very competent, and friendly. I hope I have them next year too!
