Kazir Miller was polite, professional, and efficient. He represents AC by J very well! 04/25/23 Carlos did not find a problem (intermittant), but checked everything thoroughly and explained everything to me that he did/ checked. The system was working great by the time he left and I was satisfied that he did all that he could to find the problem. I recommend Carlos and ACbyJ!

Ac by J is an amazing company! Their appointment process is fast and resolved the issue we had with our heating system within the same day!. The technicians are friendly and very helpful! They also offer a membership that maintenance your units before summer and before winter, which I think it’s a great deal and a great preventative method to keep your systems running properly.

Great service when i needed them most. AC went out on a Friday night on a 110+ degree weekend and they were here the next morning and took care of it.

I will never not use any company ever other than AC by J. I had 2 other opinions in which I was told that I needed a new unit. Bo my AC Technician took the time to actually troubleshoot my issue to come up with the real diagnosis. He fixed my 2 issues on the spot and saved me thousands of dollars as a homeowner. The price was absolutely fair, service top level and incredibly prompt. I called this morning at 7:15am and my AC was fixed by 1pm. Definitely will always highly recommend them going forward to everyone!
