After contacting ACBY J an emergency appointment was scheduled within a reasonable time frame. The technician arrive and proceeded with a thorough series of all my heat pump systems to determine why a fuse had blown. Within an hour he found the problem and verified the system was no completely operable. Very courteous and competent. This experience confirms my trust in this company. .

I am not an easy person to please as I am a do it your self kind of guy and a highly technical person. I just had Jason from AC by J come out and fix my Heat Pump. I am speechless at how much better he and they are than any other company I have even dealt with. Jason was honest, he showed me exactly what was wrong, he did not try to upsell me or rip me off. I am officially an an AC by J fan for lifetime. I find that people like Jason with his enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity only work for people that owners are like him. Thanks again Jason.

AC by J replaced our furnace and air conditioning system earlier this week, and we had a great experience. The entire team from the sales rep to installers were professional and great to work with. They had very reasonable pricing compared to the 4 other quotes we got, even as recognized as a top 5 contractor for APS. Our 20+ year old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and we had to take our newborn baby to the ER (she is okay now). The installers Mike and Aiden were such nice people. These guys were extremely considerate of the trauma we had just gone through...they explained everything they were doing and answered all questions, and showed us their safety checks once the new unit was installed (even showing us the meter reads on with their CO detectors to put our minds at ease). The whole process was smooth. A whole new system was installed in less the 24 hours from the moment we signed our contract. Thank you!

We were scheduled for 04/26/2023. I received a call and was able to send a technician out the same day. He came exactly on the time I was quoted. He evaluated what was wrong and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Completed the job to everyone's satisfaction 😌 👌

They have always been very responsive any time I call. I highly recommend. They actually have a person answering the phone! Service is quick and efficient. The service tech, Greg Sanders, that came out to repair my HVAC was extremely professional, proficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though I had done something stupid as cutting the wire to my unit when clearing weeds, he never made me feel stupid.

Trustworthy, professional, elite. So I’m a skeptic, I always think I’m going to get ripped off and I’m a former real estate agent. I think quality is important and worth the money. That’s AC by J. They’ve installed a new water heater, a new AC unit, they fixed a plumbing problem, my lovely dad created, and call or text me for my summer and winter maintenance of the AC. They send reminders of their appointments that I have with them. Then they send a picture of the repair person before he shows up. They come to the door and look professional, clean, and trustworthy. I like quality and would pay for it. They have always been affordable, fair and inexpensive. They don’t make a decision of how much you’re going to pay in their mind. They have set prices that you can look at before you make a repair or installation. You should definitely use AC by J. They’re going to do a great job. They are professional and whatever they fix or install you will never have to worry about. Good luck!

This was our first time working with AC by J. We were very pleased with the communication, service and quality of the work. We will definitely be using AC by J again.

AC by J was great. Technician Kazir was on time, professional and went above and beyond my expectations. I only use AC by J for my air conditioning maintenance.

So the water softener we purchased in Dec of 2020 from AC by J stopped working. AC by J said they would send someone out to look at it for a service fee... we will use an independent plumber who isn't nickel and diming customers from now on.

There was a misunderstanding of our expectations of pricing (but it was resolved). Andrew was great. He found the leak quickly and did the repair in a very timely manner.
