They came out to perform semi annual maintenance. The work was done timely and professionally. They had one recommendation that I was already expecting and them perform the work right then.

I was sticker shocked by the prices for the parts, though. The markup charge to the customer for parts that can be obtained at any HVAC store or internet was just astronomical.
They charged us-
$92.00 for a fuse that could be bought at any home supply store for $10.00

$220.00 charge for a $29.00 30/40 contactor

$376.00 for a $75.00 surge protector

I understand having overhead and a higher markup than the internet, but charging 9, 8, and 5 times the retail price for parts is just insane.

My first time experience with this business has left me feeling ripped off.
I would not recommend using this company. Shop around for a small business HVAC company who will treat you right and not have to over charge customers to support all the advertising around the valley and TV.

Wonderful service with this company. We had a heating issue and a preemie newborn at home, which required us to keep the house at a certain temperature. The dispatcher was so kind and helpful about getting a technician out ASAP to address the issue.
Someone arrived within 1.5 hours- talk about fast service. The technician explained the problem and fixed it for us within an hour.

Kazir was our service technician today for our appointment. His professionalism and courtesy was absolutely amazing. He did a great job, left the job site very clean and communicated perfectly.
