I am delighted to write on behalf of AC by J. I could not be more impressed by their service and professionalism. The gentleman who arrived at my house was delightful, responsive, and so thorough. AC by J will forever be my "go-to" air conditioner service provider.

We did have a bit of a negative experience with a tech who was out but the owner of the company called me and made it right. They offered a free of charge maintenance service. This is a company that does care about their customers and not just about selling the next upgrade device. I highly recommend AC by J.

Glad they could come out but clearly they have learned how to overcharge customers from their sister company penguin. I was away and needed the AC fixed for the dog sitter and yet they fixed it without going over the prices of materials or the go ahead from me. Instead of using the most value based option. They decided to just use the most expensive product they had because they knew they could retroactively charge it. Awesome. Won’t use them again that’s for sure

I’ve been very happy with AC by J, they really do care and try very hard to be there for me no matter how busy they are. The people are extremely kind and considerate. They talk to you to help you understand what is happening and clean up any mess that may have occurred. The people they have working for them truly know what they are doing. Professional Service, efficient and trustworthy. Technician Todd was great, he explained all steps of inspection and how long it would take. Great service. Will definitely use service again!

AC by J has never disappointed. As a Realtor, I run into many different service providers, and the only ones that make my list for referring need to pass 3 tests for me.
First, what do my fellow Realtors have to say about past experience.
Next, would I use this provider at my own home. (The answer is yes. AC by J is my personal go-to.)
Finally, and most importantly. Do I trust them enough to refer them to my own Mother? (Again, Yes! And they took great care of her.)

Bottom line. AC by J are kind, professional, affordable, and overall I personally highly recommend them.

The AC by J team was phenomenal. Communicative, efficient, and an incredible value. Another company said the repair was going to cost $23k (that a whole new unit was needed). AC by J was able to fix the problem for $160. I signed up for their membership, I will trust this team with all my future AC needs.

My tech Dallas was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was not left without cooling for very long. He helped me understand what was happening with my HVAC system and what he recommended to prolong the life of the unit.

This Company is Fantastic! My AC stopped working during a heat wave, and right as my home warranty was expiring! I was worried I would have to pay thousands of dollars to have it fixed. I called AC by J saturday morning and Evan arrived that same afternoon (on a holiday weekend!). Within moments Evan identified the issue and had the parts available to fix it on the spot. The entire job took maybe 20 minutes and my AC is good as new! The service and parts were very reasonably priced and they even waived the usual trip/diagnostic fee. I will definitely reccommend them to anyone in the valley with HVAC issues.

Steve was on time, explained what he was going to do with regard to servicing my 12 year old AC unit, took pictures of my AC unit (on the roof) and informed me about what was needed after his inspection. He wore shoe covers in my condo. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the text reminders of the visit also. I am very happy with AC by J!
