I was very appreciative of the quick response from the dispatch to get me same day help for my circuit short to my refrigerator. The two young men Todd and Fernando were very respectful and found my issue right away and gave a reasonable quote for repair. They fixed it quickly...I will not hesitate to call ACbyJ again

I called to get a second opinion on service for my air conditioner. Was given a date and asked for morning time. Called and was told the window is from 8-12 and that they wouldn't be here until at least 12. ( it was 11 when i called)Sadly I have other appointment and needed to leave. Was offered another time slot but really didn't feel like waiting around for someone to show up. If you don't mind waiting all day for someone to show up, give them a call. Maybe you will have better luck than I did.

We've had 3 experiences with AC by J in the last month- all of them 5 Star! Story short- after 5 1/2 years in our new home we needed to replace our builder grade failing out of warranty leaking HVAC system! We found AC by J and feel it was a very good decision- from Mike W. our 1st contact with his HVAC knowledge and sales experience to John M. and Charlie, the very expert installers!! Then we decided to get a separate Daikin split system unit for my husband Joe's 'Man Cave' garage and were 'wowed' with Adam's and Kadyn's work! The 3rd was an issue we were expecting to cost us hundreds of dollars and turned out to be a minor problem that John M. fixed and didn't cost us anything! Even all of the office staff were super friendly and helpful! Thanks guys for all your thoughtfulness and expertise to give us a very pleasant experience!

Kyle and Connor did a super job installing
my AC unit today. They were very professional. After installing the unit they showed me before and after photos. They cleaned up and vacuumed all area after putting in the new grill. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great service!

Needed my water softener checked to determine why it was not working. Todd was fantastic and diagnosed the issue to be in the electrical panel. He called the manufacturer on my behalf to determine the part is covered under warranty. The manufacturer is now sending the new part to me right away. I’ll be scheduling for Todd to return once the part arrives.

I'm new to AC by J and so far I'm extremely happy with their service. Their call center was excellent to work with and the AC tech who diagnosed and repaired the issue was excellent as well. I'm very happy to be doing business with AC by J.

They were so helpful and kind. The tech came out within 20 minutes and fixed our AC issue quickly. Highly recommend. I felt we were in great hands.
