River arrived at my home on time with a professional appearance. He was courteous and friendly. He performed the maintenance on my HVAC. He found some problems with it (it's over 16 years old) and discussed possible remedies. He made money saving suggestions on how to proceed with repair\replacement of my HVAC and let me decide for myself on how I wanted to proceed. There were no high pressure selling tactics. When the time comes to replace my HVAC, I'm using Hobaica (not just because River was so awesome but because I wasn't strong armed into buying something I didn't need). Thank you River!

Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

My first interaction with Hobaica has been very positve. I needed a quick and thorough inspection of an HVAC system for a property I have under contract. Tim was professional and quickly assessed the condition and required repairs. Great service.

Update: I turned to Hobaica again when I had a plumbing problem, and John was wonderful. He fixed the problem but also helped me understand it and showed me how to prevent problems in the future.

We needed to replace The hot water heater at our restaurant. After caIling around to other plumbing companies who refused to give me a quote over the phone. I called Ronnie at Hobaica Services. After sending him pictures, he called me back 10mins later with a quote to install a new one. His crew came out the next morning, installed the Water Heater at the price he quoted and we were back up and running for service that night. Great price, great service, great company.
