Hobaica services came out to give a second opinion on my AC unit for my home and possible solutions for the issue. Andy and Travis were both AWESOME and very informative and helpful. They took the time to explain to us what was going on and what they would do for their customer if the issue had occurred for an AC unit sold by Hobaica Services. They even waived the consultation fee for us since we’d already gotten another opinion from a different AC company. In future I will definitely be using their services.

We have used Hobaica for the last 12 years with the installation of a new AC unit. We continued with twice yearly checkups to insure the unit stays in tip-top shape. Our service technician, Justin, does an amazing job evaluating any potential problems to insure we will not experience any breakdowns. He is always on time, professional and extremely nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend Justin and the Hobaica team!

Contacted Hobaica because my sister referred them. They also serviced our industrial buildings A/C as well as my sisters house. From the get go they scheduled me in for a A/C tune up. On the day of our service, there technician Alex contacted me 1/2 hour before arrival, arrived on time. Alex was polite, courteous and professional. He explained my options and what the service entailed. Alex also explained my options for annual service so I don't forget to schedule service's. Alex performed service and showed me the job on his phone in video format. Thanks Alex and Hobaica foe a professional service well done.

My experience working with Field Sales Supervisor Ryan and Hobaica were very positive. All interactions were timely and professional. Hobaica does a great job keeping the customer informed about when a service technician will be scheduled and advance notice of their arrival to help ensure everything goes smoothly. Ryan provided an onsite quote that was thorough and offered several options at different costs for the work we had requested, which was installing a new Tesla charger and a main electrical panel replacement. Ultimately, we decided on a different company for this particular project but my positive interaction with Ryan and Hobaica will have me consider them in the future.

The coil in the condenser of my old AC system was cracked and leaking. I decided to replace the system and got several estimates. Andy came out and gave me a very thorough explanation along with a fair price to replace the system. I also had 3 other people recommend Hobaica so I went with them. Sergio and Tristan came this morning - right on time - to install. They explained exactly the process, got to work and completed the job timely - all on a 117 degree record breaking day! They were professional and courteous; they cleaned up after themselves and replaced everything they had to move. I highly recommend both Hobaica AND Sergio and Tristan, and look forward to having them service my new AC for years to come!

Steven Avila was our technician and did a fantastic job. He communicated very clearly what the issue was and what work he was going to do, and in no time at all we had cold A/C again. A job like this can't be easy (especially during an Arizona summer,) and we truly appreciated the very quick repair. Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

Last week my AC stopped working, I called Hobaica and they quickly sent a technician out. Scott Davies showed up and tested the system relentlessly to finally determine our thermostat was bad. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Later we had Grayson arrive to perform a quality assurance check on our system. Again he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Outstanding service from the office to the field techs. Keep up the good work!

By far the best experience I've ever had with a service provider at my home. The technician spent along time here reviewing my HVAC and plumbing needs. Everything was clearly explained to me. I felt like I've found a vendor that considers the business relationship as mutually beneficial and not the grab-and-go provider we've all seen before. Five stars from me. Thank you Arron Stevens.
