Alex was awesome, after 12 hours working today he came in at 6 pm with a great attitude and was super helpful. He also explained the annual maintenance options very clearly, which made me a regular Hobica customer today, he represents the company with professionalism.

Great working relationship and terrific customer service + responsiveness. We were assigned technician Binh Tran and he's great - also terrific to work with someone who has been at our home several times, understands our system, consistently provides a clear solution and recommendation, and is very efficient.

A/C was acting up. Called and they were able to get a tech out to me right away. Alex was great, helped explain my options and what was going on and took care of everything right away.

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

Binh Tran our technician messaged ahead and arrived (thankfully) early. He was was able to run diagnostic tests on our AC system and explained what needed to be repaired with a capacitor REALLY well. He had the part on his truck and had us up and running in less than an hour!

Travis Was professional and very informative. He performed quickly and efficiently an ac tuneup on 2 units. Replaced our air filters and I’m a very happy repeat customer.

Sergio Martinez did an excellent installation of our new rooftop heat pump. He also did extensive ductwork upgrades in the attic. He was very professional and I appreciate his hard work for our install. Thank you Sergio!!!

Our tech was Donovan who came for a spring tune up. He identified some capacitors that were not functioning properly so we had to bit the bullet for upgrades (we have lived through failed capacitors before so no). He handled everything professionally, transparently and helped us find all the available discounts to reduce our out of pocket cost. High degree of trust in Donovan and Hobaica.

Aaron Stevens was on time, quick, and courteous. He was scheduled to come out and perform HVAC maintenance, he discovered several issues during his inspection. We were able to get those issues fixed and the systems operating great before we hit the AZ summer.
I feel like the price was very reasonable for the work performed. 💯 Recommend using Hobaica, and I will be asking for Aaron again when it comes time for more HVAC maintenance.

Travis was on time, friendly, professional and excellent at explaining what was going on. I lead a team of customer service agents. I would be super proud to have an agent with his customer focus and demeanor.
