Service was great, tech very knowledgeable BUT, I resent being quoted $566. for a capacitor that costs about $65., that is almost a 900% markup. Count me out, don't know if this price was quoted in error (I hope so) or outright gouging. Also quoted $481. for basic capacitor that costs $10. So something crazy is going on.

Grayson did a fantastic job for us. He was also accompanied by a second tech who was just as good. They were both professional, complete, and did not waste time. They also did not try to up-sell like most AC companies. They provided exactly what we needed. Great job. We have purchased two AC units from Hobaica in the past and the company is fantastic overall.

I booked a maintenance appointment online which was easy. Because I had a free service coupon I called to make sure it would be valid. Daniel confirmed that it was and to present it to the technician. I received a confirming email, on Saturday I got a text and picture of Alex Beltz who was my tech. He called to give me a heads up that he would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. He went over my roof top heat pump, took pictures and sent me a detailed accounting of the service. He was professional and efficient and I appreciate the excellent service I receive from Hobaica Services from online to in person.

Excellent customer service from Hobaica Services Inc. Our HVAC technician Grayson Vu was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and exceeded our expectations. He diagnosed the air conditioner problem in record time and had the HVAC system up and running, cooling down our house, in no time at all. Hobaica clearly puts the customer first. It's rare to find a company like Hobaica that puts customer service, quality products, and unparalleled customer service first before making a profit. Well, I called into hobaica to have my ac serviced on my home I just moved into, to make sure everything is running well.
The service person I spoke to on the phone was a very friendly gentleman. I felt I was going to receive great customer service.
The service man who came out to check my ac went out side and checked my thermostat. Then went into my attic . He was up there for a bit. And then came down and told us about how we will need to replace our blower, gave us a quote of 745.00 dollars , then tells us , I know we are expensive so you can probly get the part from Grainger cheaper and find some one to install it for you .
My husband realized after he had left our blower would not turn off at all. So I called my brother in law in California who does ac. And he tells me to go in the attic and call him on video . Where he begins to tell me that the man they sent out switched the wires on my blower so that it would constantly stay on and not shut off..
I can't believe someone would do this to a family.
Especially after telling the service agent on the phone how we are military and he told me the Owner was military as well. I thought we would get honest customer service ..

I did contact the office and the lady I spoke with was very unfriendly..
