While my unit is only three years old, there was an issue which he pointed out to me and I appreciated that he did that and I have the comfort of knowing my unit will take care of me during the hot Arizona summer months!

A year ago Arizona Comfort Specialists replaced 2 AC units at my home and returned on the anniversary for a maintenance check up. They are awesome! Very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very decent pricing. I have been a customer for about 15 years and am completely satisfied! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. We moved into a home that had recently installed a new A/C system with this company. This included an extended warranty with 1 maintenance service remaining. We used this remaining service recently. David did a fantastic job and was also able to diagnose and recommend a solution to a problem of uneven heating and cooling in parts of the home. This required that 2 transfer ducts be installed. David and Michael did a wonderful job with this project. They were on time, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up the area afterwards. David made sure I understood how everything worked and went above and beyond. He even went out of his way to open vents in our 12 foot ceilings.

Arizona Comfort Specialists is a wonderful company to work with. They’ve responded to every issue we’ve had in a timely manner. One of the thermostats would not calibrate and they replaced it without question. I was so satisfied that I signed up for a 2 year maintenance program for 2 units. I would highly recommend this company & give 5 stars to the technicians…especially David.

I must say that in the years of working with Jay there is pretty much zero negativity to speak of and I don’t have time to write a book covering all of the positive aspects of Jay and Arizona Comfort. We never have to wait on a response from Jay and once we have completed our walk through I receive an estimate in less than a hour. Top-tier in a highly competitive construction industry and I would recommend to anyone.

This company installed our AC system in 2019 and I rely on them for maintenance on the system. They are incredibly professional and yet personable. David and Josiah are the techs I’m most familiar with and they are great! David just completed the summer maintenance on the system. From the owner to the office staff to the techs, this company never disappoints! If I could give more stars, I would.

We hired Arizona Comfort to remove old ductwork and replace with all new ductwork and install new insulation.

Originally I was told it would be a two day job for the ductwork. But when two men showed up and saw I had a 6 month at home, they called two more guys and completed the work in one day! They worked over 12 hours so that my little one could sleep in his own crib!

They were extremely professional, protected my personal belongings and even cleaned up! I can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.
