Highly recommend this company. Fast service arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Even sent videos of the repair work after he was finish. Alex was amazing.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Palaschak. He called prior to let me know an E.T.A. and when he arrived I explained my situation and in no time he was able to confirm what we thought our issue was and that was a bad thermostat. Dylan was very thorough and also very informative with the options I had to replace the thermostat. Dylan had excellent customer service and is definitely an asset to your company! Thank you for providing such great service Dylan keep up the great work you're awesome.

Justin did a great job, was very quick and professional, no complaints on his workmanship, but I think Hobaica is relatively expensive for a simple job like this. This was a 30 minute labor job with my provided part and the charge was $299 which include a $100 "discount" coupon, so without the "discount" coupon the 30 minute job would have cost $399.

Binh Tran did wonderful work for us. He found issues missed by another tech and was able to explain and help us with our options. It was also great how this company does video reports to help illustrate the problems

Donovan Rodgers was my technician and was very thorough in his examination of my HVAC system. He also explained the repair options thoroughly for me. Very much appreciated his expertise and patience.

05/23/2023 Grayson came out to inspect and check on my new A/C that was installed last week by Hobaica. He was very thorough, skilled and professional. I am very pleased with the quality service I recieved again today by Hobaica.

From day one when Simon came out to do estimate on new HVAC installation and Sergio did installing everything was smooth. Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

Scott Koches was my tech and was a professional, knowledgeable person with a great personality. Very personable, polite and I really liked him. Took the time to explain things. This is a great company, and I am glad I found them. Very trustworthy.

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. Thank you, Ian and Arron!

This was the first time we used Hobaica and I was impressed by the quality of the work and the people I communicated with throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Arron was out for our regular scheduled maintenance and was very thorough. He found our dual capacitor was going bad and replaced it so we could get through another summer with our aging unit. We always recommend Hobaica to our family and friends!
