Have been using Hobaica for many years & have always been very happy with their services.
Recently had Jacob over for our " general checkup". He was diligent, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Keep up the great work...!

Alex was early to our scheduled appointment. He actively listened to our concerns about the AC unit. He asked appropriate, relevant questions to better understand the issues. Once he started diagnosing the issue, he quickly found a problem with the capacitor. He replaced the capacitor with a new one from his truck and explained to us in layman's terms exactly what a capacitor is and why they sometimes go bad. We asked him to inspect and evaluate a second unit which he readily agreed to do. When he was all done, he thoroughly reviewed everything with us and made some recommendations to help keep the units running smoothly for years to come. We can't say enough good things about Alex and the company he represents. Thanks Alex! Well done to you and everyone at Hobaica for making this a great experience!

My wife and I met with Andy Hobaica with Hobaica Services to about our AC units. Andy not only showed up on time, but was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what we needed. He quoted us a fair price and we had new systems installed a couple of days later. The crew was fast, efficient, and super clean! Highly recommend!

River came out and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very professional and knowledgeable of pricing plans offers etc. After looking over my equipment, he told me all of my options and gave his personal recommendations for repairs and preventative measures including signing me up for anual services with Hobaica. 10/10

I found River to be very nice, informative, cooperative, and understanding. He explained everything, answered all my questions and even commented on some of the things we did to help our AC so it doesn't work so hard. With the failure of my original unit, I took a chance with Hobaica after seeing them around for years. They went over what would be needed to be replace and what we were looking for. Giving us multiple quotes for the different energy efficient units. The next day we gave them the OK for the install. They were out the next week to install and had it up and running within half a day. There was a follow-up visit to do a system check after being in use and verified the installation quality of their team. What makes me glad that I chose them was the service call for my second unit. I was having no cold air from the vents and gave them a call. They schedule around my work hours. Alex gave me a call prior to arriving. He thoroughly checked out the system and was able to find the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. We voiced our concerns about a possible leak, as the first unit failed due to this. He confirmed the pressure and gave recommendations on the steps to take due to the age of the unit and it needing R-22. Alex explained it well and was upfront about the cost and limited availability of the R-22 freon. I will continue to choose Hobaica for my A/C needs with what I have seen from them so far.

I had a great experience with technician Scott K. today. He was performing my regularly scheduled AC maintenance check for the summer season and discovered that my unit was in need of some freon so that it would perform at optimal cooling levels. Performed required maintenance and answered all my questions, and explained how my unit works. I am always very satisfied with Hobaica services.

I have used Hobaica for 25 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their service, the honesty, politeness, knowledge and efficiency of their technicians.
