Scott K did a great job finding issues that needed repair. He also helped with deciding what maintenance issues could be appropriately left for another time. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to get to our place. Five stars!

Senior citizens beware of this company. They charged my elderly mother over $1,300 to replace a thermostat! They installed the most expensive option without consulting her. She doesn’t even have WIFI in her home and yet they installed the technically advanced unit that my mom will never use.The technician was rude, didn’t even try to attempt to communicate with my mom on how to use the thermostat. The technician had a new trainee that he pretty much ignored. The trainee was very nice and at least spoke to my mom.

Mike (One Of The Owners) reached out to me personally to discuss my mom’s experience. It was determined that there was a miscommunication, mostly on our end. The HVAC system my mom has requires a specific thermostat. No others are compatible. The Technician installed the least most expensive unit based on my mom’s lack of WIFI and ability to use thermostat. The Technician programmed the unit to be as user friendly as possibly. The Technician attempted to contact me but had an incorrect number, which we updated. We are very comfortable moving forward with the Hobaica Team!

River came to do our AC maintenance check. He was very pleasant and totally professional. We could tell that River was very knowledgeable and was able to let us know about possible future issues with our system. We were very happy with the experience.

I contacted Hobaica and they came to our home right away and addressed our issues, which included our AC system and water heater. They promptly provided estimates and scheduled a date to complete the repairs soon after. Scott Dale the technician who did all the work was thorough and clearly explained all the work that was going to be done. Scott was very professional. With associates like Scott I would recommend Hobaica for all your AC and water heater needs.

We have used Hobaica multiple times and each time they are absolutely fantastic. Everyone has been very nice and informative. Dylan Palaschak came by today to flush our water heater and was so professional and helpful. He even took a look at our running toilet. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Scott K did routine check of my air conditioning unit. He arrived right on time. He did a thorough examination of our air conditioner. He videotaped his work and shared it with us. He explained what we were seeing and discussed our options. Additionally, he presented us with options for Hobaica's maintenance plans. There was no high pressure sales, but he did give us advice about what he felt needed replacement/service. He was pleasant and articulate. I highly recommend Hobaica and Scott K.

Absolutely 💯 satisfaction...Grayson Vu was very professional, explained things above and beyond..and I asked a lot of questions. He not only fixed the issue but double checked other concerns that I had above and beyond the broken down unit and he sat my mind at ease. Would prefer to have him help us ever service call we have. Hobaica the best hvac system company we have ever dealt with. Thank you Grayson and Hobaica.

Alex was amazing. He explained everything that was going on with our heating and a/c unit. I was really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We’ve dealt with several other HVAC companies over the years and I can honestly say Alex makes you guys stand out in the crowd. Keep up the good work.

Trevor & Zach were very professional and friendly! They explained the process step by step, reviewed the features in the new thermostat and left absolutely no mess behind. I'm so glad I chose Hobaica and look forward to the next job I have scheduled with them to upgrade my electric panel

We recently had an a/c emergency and tried scheduling a service call with multiple companies. Hobaica was the only company willing to come out same day to solve our issue. The technician Grayson was amazing and had the problem fixed within an hour. He provided a level of service most companies could only dream of. Would highly recommend!
