We had Scott and Sam out to evaluate and replace our water heater. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get our new water heater installed in no time. They were very professional and I would work with them again anytime!

what a pleasure Don was and our experience with Hobaica so far has been top-notch. Don called and told us he was on his way and arrived around 2PM for a noon-4PM scheduled time window. He explained what he was doing and was very meticulous. He showed us videos and pictures to explain the issues that he found. We certainly recommend Don as well as Hobaica. We signed up for the service plan. Pricing seems reasonable compared to others that we have dealt with.

We had our leak detection and repair performed today by Binh Tran and he was very professional, on-time, called before he was coming, and friendly. What a pleasure to work with this company.

He even went above and beyond and took my recycling bin in from the street for me… little things that go a long way. Jared was also a great help throughout this whole process. He was very patient and wasn’t pushy at all, which was great. All in all I’d highly recommend Hobaica

My husband and I are first time homebuyers. So we were a bit apprehensive about having people come over and look at our electrical and AC unit. But they were so wonderful! Right away, they put our minds at ease. They didn't push anything, super on time, and just generally nice people. Definitely highly recommend them.

River called ahead to let us know when he would be arriving and arrived promptly on time. He was cordial and knowledgeable and explained what he was going to be doing before proceeding. After completing the maintenance check he recapped what he had done and then helped reset the thermostat to our preferences. He reminded us that our yearly maintenance agreement was coming to and end soon and sent us a couple of different estimates on ways to streamline the maintenance check moving forward. His customer service skills were excellent and we’d definitely recommend him to others.

Scott and Sam came out to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. Unlike other plumbers we've tried, there was no BS whatsoever. They ran the camera and showed me the build-up in the pipe. Then they ran the snake and cleared the drain pipe. Very professional! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use their services again. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Alex was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Figured out, what was a minor issue and then performed a very thorough and professional maintenance check. Video with narration of his work was very informative.
