Shane was a life saver! My AC stopped blowing cold air. He came and fixed 2 other things that he found were not set up correctly. He was professional, nice and explained everything that he was doing. Had a good first experience with AC Works. My unit stopped working and I called and set up an appointment with Shawn. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed and resolved my issue within minutes at an affordable price. I’ve now recommended him to my son for his AC issue.

I contacted my homeowner insurance Friday night to request a service repair for my AC. We realized before bedtime that our AC was not kicking on. Shane from AC Works, called first thing Saturday morning and was able to get out to the house later that morning. He gave a 30min courtesy call and arrived on time. He listened to our issues and within a matter of 30min had the problem fixed, the new equipment replaced and our AC back on. We are forever grateful for Shane’s promptness in getting us up and running again. These AZ summers are no joke and with 2 young kids in the home AC is a must.

Shane is one of the best professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of hiring. He’s incredibly punctual and great about communicating, not to mention a very friendly guy. Found AC Works from several referrals after the company I used to use got bought out by a bigger company and their rates for service of two units went up 85%. No thanks.

This company and the tech that came out (Shane) was far and away better than the first two companies that my home warranty sent. The first two looked at my system and gave up within 15 minutes and said they just couldnt fix it and to find someone "certified". This turned out to be nonsense. Shane came out and spent some time with it, even phoning the manufacturer from my attic. He learned the issue quickly, got ahold of the part and came back out once he had it. Patty from the office kept me informed also. This second trip was about 20 minutes and Shane had it running again. Highly professional and you can tell Shane and Patty care about their customers. Excellent communication as well. If you have a choice, choose this company or suggest them to your home warranty. People like this deserve your business.

Shane was phenomenal. He was quick to diagnose the issue, and had it repaired properly. He was extremely professional and no B/S kind of guy. I can respect that. I give them a 10/10 and recommend anyone with HVAC issues give them a call!!!
