By far the best experience I have ever had with a repair company. You can tell shane truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure you’re taken care of. He reached out right away to get an appointment scheduled. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and incredibly kind!! My AC had froze over, he kept In constant contact for updates on if it was running properly after thawing and when we realized there was a further issue he came back right away to make sure we were taken care of. He was also very outgoing! After coming back he stayed to ensure everything was running correctly , and we had a great conversation. Kind, professional, easy to talk to. Would recommend to everyone 10/10

He turned what could have been a horrible situation (no home A/C during a heat wave) around. Thank you so much. I would recommend him anytime.

Woke up to warm air and did an online repair request with AC Works. Got a call shortly after telling me they could come today. Shane was at the house right on time even though he had a 3 hour window. Diagnosed the issue right away, fixed it and did a few more things. Had cold air blowing with an hour. Given we care for my 89 year old mother, this was paramount and I was beyond happy. Price was more than fair. Happy to recommend Shane and AC Works.
Where do I start? I’m 7 months prego with a 2yr old at home. The ac stopped worked Monday morning. I called the home warranty and they sent the work order to Shane. I called him directly to find out what his schedule looked like and he advised 2-3 days. Honestly, 2-3 days in mid July Arizona heat, is not bad for turn around time. He called me back later the same day and said he had time to come out now to take a look at the unit. Thanks to Shane, my family was only with out ac for a few hours. He repaired the unit same day and offered his professional opinion on the future of the unit….it’s original to the house that was build is 83. I will be calling Shane for future maintenance and unit replacement. I am very grateful to his customer service and knowledge.
