Lee Collins Air Conditioning

As I used Lee Collins in the past, my AC was not blowing air so I Made a service call early this morning, they were able to send a repairman within an hour. Employee contacted me upon arrival and after the repair was made to let me know what he had done. Since I was not on location, I appreciated the feedback and fast intervention. AC is back cooling again. Great job and thank you for fast service response.

In addition to the repairs a few weeks ago our units compressor and fan motor went out. David, Bryan, and Paul all helped ensure that a new unit was put on our house in a very timely manner. Ten star customer service! Our condenser failed on a 110+ degree day. After battling with our home warranty company (and moving to an Airbnb for a week) we spoke with David and he, Paul, and Iseah came out right away and replaced the condenser. They then came back to check that everything was working as it should. We will sing the praises and will be loyal customers of Lee Collins Air Conditioning forever!

Lee Collins AC replaced our HVAC system, which included bringing in a crane to lift the old equipment off the roof of a 2 story condo and lifting the new equipment onto the roof. Everything went as proposed including the timely arrival of the crane, the quality work of the staff and the final bill. Our experience with all staff - estimator, office staff and the installation crew - was outstanding at a very competitive price! The Lee Collins estimator even returned after the installation to assure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I recommend this company without hesitation!
