AC Works

Shane came earlier than scheduled and immediately diagnosed the issue. He repaired our A/C unit quickly, replacing the condenser motor quickly. Awesome as he came earlier than expected, so thankful to have a/c again!

Shane came out quickly and had great communication. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix the issue. Fantastic work and customer service!

Shane was on time and looked at the air conditioning unit, came in the house and looked at the thermostat. Turned it on and it worked. No one knows (Me or Shane) why the air conditioning stopped working, but ... no repair bills and the unit is working like a dream. Thanks, Shane for not making me feel stupid and saying some times strange things happen. Yes they do!!!!! Shane was courteous.

Professional outstanding service. These guys don't use scare tactics or high pressure to push things on you that you don't really need. (I'm looking at you Goettll). I was able to work with one of the owners and would highly recommend using them!

Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

A/C Works is a new offshoot of Appliance Works and both are excellent services. Shane, our tech, was excellent and diagnosed our upstairs A/C problem --slow leak -- and even apologized for the cost of the freon! Would absolutely recommend this service company

Highly recommend AC Works. Repair was quick, (got to problem right away) they were on-time, friendly and informative on the repairs. I will be using AC works again for any other services on my A/C.
