AC Works

Our AC stopped working so we called our "go to" guy Shane, who has been great over the years. We needed a new unit, which is never a pleasant thing to hear. Shane gave us a reasonable estimate, and a timeline for completion. Communications were impeccable leading up to the install and it was installed in less time than we anticipated. Again, Shane underpromised and over delivered. And we are now as "cool as cucumbers" LOL! Thanks AC Works!

Shane with AC Works was great!! He was professional and extremely honest. I requested a maintenance check up on my 3 units and he did the tune up on them and told me the condition of my units and didn’t pressure or upsell at all. I will use him and AC Works for all my future needs and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Shane came by right when he said and fixed issues with our heating system that another HVAC company missed. Installed a new thermostat that was more convenient and easier to use for my mother.

AC unit went down on Friday night. Shane showed up to fix it early Saturday morning. Made short work of the repair and was transparent throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d highly recommend working with him and AC Works!

Shane came when he said he would, notified us when he was on his way and was quick to find the problem and made repairs. Very friendly and he made it easy to understand what was wrong and how he fixed it. It turned out to be a short on the system on the roof and not the thermostat.
I would most definitely request him again.

We had a busted A/C, and Shane was at my house within 2 hours of our call to our warranty, taking care to be responsive since my wife was recovering from surgery. He not only fixed the A/C, but explained the problem and how I could avoid similar issues in the future. I could not have asked for better service!

I was impressed that within one hour Shane fit me into his schedule. He fix the rattle in my AC unit and did a complete check for a fair price. Will definitely call again in the future.

I have used them several times for AC preventative maintenance and one time for diagnostics. They have always been responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, and communicate effectively as to what to expect and what they’ve found. While looking to have my AC repaired, other companies I contacted were only concerned with selling me a brand new system and other bundled services.
