*****/***** rating for Ray on his service call with us this morning. Sterling cares for their customers from the initial call (thanks DeeDee) to their service techs. Ray trouble-shooted our issue and got our water heater heating properly in quick order. He as a tech was professional, amiable and trustworthy. I am grateful that I found this company when I moved to AZ a few years ago and will continue to be a patron.

What a fantastic group of people. Our A/C went down and we needed two units. The sales team came by and reviewed our options, both payment and install. They stayed exactly on schedule and the install team was professional and courteous. They finished on time and we could not be happier. I highly recommend them.

My a/c stopped working this past Sunday at about 6 p.m. I called Parker and Sons and George Brazil and neither of them could send a technician out to my house until Monday afternoon. My daughter sent me the number for Sterling Services which she had used in the past for a/c service. I called them and they had a service technician out to my house in a half an hour, I ended up having the coil replaced byJesse, who was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was top notch and I was so impressed with them that I opted to purchae an annual maintenance agreement. My overall experience with Sterling was 5 stars and I am usually not effusive with my praise. Great job Jessie and Sterling Services. I highly recommend

Amazing service! My AC went out and the house had quickly gotten hot. I requested an appointment for the next day on their website. About 10 minutes later Deedee called me and told me someone could come out tonight. Jesse was at my house with the next hour and had the AC working in no time. Jesse was extremely courteous and kind. I was blown away. These guys totally made my night. Can’t recommend them enough!

I’m very impressed with this company! Kendra was polite and professional when I scheduled the AC tune-up. Bill and Gilbert came out today and were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. We will definitely be going with Sterling Services for all of our AC/heating needs in the future!

Very happy with the ease of scheduling the appointment and the confirmation; David was polite, courteous and obviously very skilled. He explained the issues and took a picture of the item in the attic that needed repair, my wife & I were very pleased with him and Sterling Services.
