Sterling Services

Having had a less than satisfactory experience with several service companies in the past, I'm very happy with Sterling Services for the last several years. Just today Bill completed a thorough inspection and testing of my two cooling systems. Bill performs in a very professional manner, paying attention to detail and always making sure he leaves no messes behind. It was nice to see Bill again since he is a very friendly fellow. I can recommend Sterling Services without reservation.

Sterling Services was a great company to work with today. We came into work to find that our hot water heater had died and was leaking. We called Sterling Services this morning and they said that they would have someone out to help us in the late afternoon. Most companies that tell you this, usually show up in the VERY late afternoon.... far later in the afternoon than you even anticipate. I was pleasantly surprised when my technician, Stratton, showed up at noon. Stratton was awesome. He was professional, explained the costs clearly, and got to work. They had me at showing up early. Thank you Stratton and Sterling Services for providing the type of customer service that is rare these days.

Our air conditioner went out last night and the technician was on site within 20 minutes and had everything fixed within 30. Richard was great. He was very respectful and wore his mask the whole time. I highly recommend Sterling Services for any of your air-conditioning needs.

Sterling has always been great to work with. Been using them for years on multiple homes. Our tech Mike is great. Takes his time and explains and answers all questions.

Today I had Stratton. Wonderful guy. He did a complete exam of my water systems. All fine. Thanks again. Will always use Sterling.

Stratton was our tech. He came out on a holiday weekend to give us hot water. He tried the small repairs to no avail. He ended up returning with a new water heater the next day, a Sunday. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He cleaned up when finished. We got our receipt by email. It’s never good when an appliance goes out, yet Stratton and Sterling Services made it a perfect outcome. We highly recommend this Company.

Michael has done all the plumbing work for me during four different visits over the past couple of years. He is amazingly efficient and knowledgeable as well as trustworthy and helpful. I know him better than any of the other servicemen who did the HVAC and duct cleaning work, so I feel comfortable recommending him without reservation. I'm certain there are other "sterling" servicemen and the other gentlemen most likely are. The one person who did miss a couple of obvious things on his inspection, that even I could see needed attention, doesn't work there any longer. But the company and he parted ways without me bringing this to their attention. I feel they have high standards for their employees.

I have been using Sterling Services since 2015 and they are responsive, courteous, effective and efficient. I recommend them!

It has been 6 years Sterling Services has looked after the a/c and plumbing for my home. I still give a 5 star review and recently appreciated Ray providing his plumbing services and giving me educating, informative and honest information!

We are new to AZ and were looking for a maintenance service for our home. Sterling was very effecient and had options for yearly service. They even offered 2 yr and 3 yr contracts. Justin was our serviceman. He was awesome. He explained everything and was professional. The contact with the office staff was a pleasant experience. Overall I would highly recommend Sterling Services!
