Can’t say enough about this company! Our water heater went out and the company our warranty sent us to couldn’t come out for days. Sterling sent a guy out within two hours, diagnosed the problem and replaced our water heater the very next morning. Stratton was super knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful explaining everything very thoroughly. The replacement/new install was efficient and fast but well done. We will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

The technician (Ray) called up front to advise when I could expect him. He arrived on time. He promptly identified the issue and replaced the disposal. He was in / out fairly quickly. He did a magnificent job replacing the disposal and he even cleaned up when he was done. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Sterling Services. Ray was excellent!

Jesse Mullen was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and explained so many things about air-conditioning that I never even realized. He went above and beyond and even had to go out to get parts but came back very quickly and finished the job. He gave me tips to improve our AC service throughout the summer as well. He was also very clean and neat and wore a face covering and shoe coverings and gloves - he was very mindful of all the people in the house. Our dog followed him around too and he did not mind! I would highly recommend Sterling Services for all air conditioning needs, and Jesse was an excellent tech.

Sterling Services was selected for me by the management company that handles the rental I'm in. They were able to provide same day service, and Keith, their technician was stellar to work with. He called to inform when he was on his way, was professional, friendly, and he also ensured the repairs were done. He communicated what issues he found, what would need to be done to repair them, and then presented the finished product. I'd be happy to use them again.

From start to finish I had a great experience! When I called the after hours emergency line, Deedee was very friendly and helpful. I received text notifications updating me on the status and expected arrival of our technician, Keith.

Keith arrived much faster than I would have expected and went right to work finding the problem. He was very nice, knowledgeable and detailed in his work and communication throughout.

Our Unit was not running and we panicked and called a company in Phoenix. We were told by that company that we needed a new blower motor on our 2.5 year old AC Unit. I believe that company tried to scam us out of $1000 by trying to sell us a part that was under warranty and was not broken. Something did not feel right because the repair agent did not check much. He was there 15 minutes and right away said it was broken. Then we found Sterling devices for a second opinion. Richard did a very detailed check. He was so transparent and honest with his inspection. He found that nothing was wrong with our unit and it was simply over worked. He even taught me some useful information about my unit, and gave me a beautiful detailed report of everything he checked. We are so thankful to Sterling Services for having people with integrity working for them. Our AC unit was working fine and Richard gave us great tips to keep it running that way. You have gained a loyal customer Sterling Services!

I’ve been most impressed with the quality of people Sterling Services hires. My service technician most recently to repair a dinosaur aged water heater was Ray. Upstanding quality service and most knowledgeable. All around good character that I wish all contractors of any service would employ.

Very professional and kind on a last minute Friday appointment before a holiday! I had a weird noise and it required some investigation and some patience on Mike’s part, and he listened to me and then made sure I was satisfied with the outcome before he left.
