Ray Padilla came early and was so friendly and so helpful! He cleaned my water heater and checked all my water supplies around my home and inside the home. Took extra time to explain all his services and so pleased with his work. What an excellent employee you have.

Been with Sterling for 6yrs. Never disappointed. I have the two year service agreement which is basically preventative maintenance for your cooling, heating, and plumbing. Several neighbors have Sterling as well.
Our heating and cooling system service tech is Bill Milbourm. He is very professional and informative. Does an outstanding job

I found the service and response of this company to be absolutely outstanding! I called for A/C help at 8 p.m. my phone call was taken by an individual - not a machine -and the representative attempted to get me service that same evening. He called me back in 10 minutes and informed me that he was not able to provide service that evening but that I would be taken care of first thing the following morning. That was exactly how it happened! By 10 a.m. all of my problems are fixed and the bill was actually lower than I expected it to be! I will definitely be calling on Sterling Services again!!

Stratton came and replaced my guts on a toilet that is an old pull chain style and has sentimental value. I called around. I had the parts, just needed someone to come and install the new 'guts'. Another company wanted to send two technicians and charge me $290.00!
Stratton with Sterling Air came out, had his own new parts to install and only charged me about half of the other company's quote. Sterling/Stratton have superb customer service, great quality, professional, on time and will recommend them to EVERYONE! 5 stars +!

The technician Bill that came out did an amazing job explaining everything to me and what my options were to make repairs. Was very thorough and took pictures to help explain and show me what was going on with my AC units. We will absolutely be using Sterling in the future, they have great options for yearly plans as well!

We had an urgent situation where my disabled husbands toilet broke and was unusable. We were in a bad situation. We called and Ray was dispatched. He was so nice and respectful, he took care of the problem and made it better then before. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We will call him again if we ever need a plumber.

Michael from Sterling Services did an excellent job. He was prompt in arriving and replaced a garbage disposal and kitchen faucet and a outdoor spigot. All work was done in an efficient manner. He is a good representative for the company knowing his area of expertise and his professional manner.

Every interaction with the Sterling Services team was exceptional from start to finish. During these precarious times Amy was cognizant of my concerns with social distancing and arrived in the appropriate protective wear. She accessed the current condition of my unit and listened to my needs, providing me the same day with several quotes, that spelled out the specifics of what was included. I had several questions to which she responded almost immediately. I was able to schedule the install within 3 days from my decision to purchase. I'm an individual that does my homework, so I had already reviewed the business on BBB (A+), Google and Yelp - all received mostly positive reviews. Day of the install, D'arcy & Luis, were on time, called prior to let me know they were on their way. Promptly began the installation and testing, replacing the intake vent and cleaning up in less than 4 hours time total. They were courteous and also considerate of my concerns for maintaining appropriate social distancing. I'm so happy with my decision and look forward to being cool inside when our Arizona weather heats up to 110 outside! I would definitely recommend them based on my recent interactions with Sterling Services.

I called Sterling as a second opinion in fixing my heater. Not only did Jesse perform a thorough exam he carefully explained what he discovered to me and helped me understand what needed to be fixed. Better yet he was able to fix my heater at a third of the price the previous company quoted me. I was very impressed! Thank you Sterling for fixing my heater!!!

Sterling tech Ray showed up the same day we called about a leaking shower drain seal. He inspected, gave an estimate, chased around until he found the right part, and installed it better than it had been before (the previous installation had, inexplicably, not used silicone to seal the plastic part). Very happy with the result.
