I highly recommend this company. Very profesional and courteous which made me feel very good about my decision to have them replace my hot water tank.

Danny their tech was extremely professional and more importantly knowledgeble about the product and the procedure. He was more than willing to expain to me why they carry the product they do and what the whole process would look like when I asked him. He was a great fella that was clearly passionate about his profession, Ask for him!!!

We had an issue with the HVAC and had Isaac come out to find the problem and fix it. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about all of the elements involved. He helped us schedule a service repair, which went seamlessly, and then came back out again after we had another issue. His knowledge is vast and he's a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY recommend this company - even their office staff is top notch.

6/18/2021 Chad and several others came out today and I have a whole new system installed!! I am so impressed at the hard work and dedication to getting this system in and working. My wife and kids and I will sleep comfortably and soundly tonight know we are set for a long long time!

Isaac also came out to do a free inspection of my dryer vent and found it was clean! He’s a rockstar like his dad!

Also to Joel who runs such a great company that I feel comfortable leaving your guys in my home while we all ducked for comfort in other parts of the city. Thank you Joel for being a forward thinker and having what I needed when I needed it!!!

Woke up to cold water, no pilot flame, and a pan full of water....called and within 4 hours Sterling was @ my door to replace the Water heater and warranty the old one (Praise God is was still good for 2 more months) - only had to pay for the install and labor associated with the new one which saved me over $1,000. Always professional, friendly, and a great value. Thanks Keith & Sterling Services!

Joel and his team installed two heat pumps in our house. The install was on budget, finished early, and was very, very clean. The Carrier system installed is working very well and saving lots of money. Joel answered about 40 questions before I decided to purchase, looked at many options, and the result was I selected the right system. He always got back to me quickly. His office staff was outstanding as well. Again, they were always polite and always got back to me quickly. It was a fantastic experience.

I absolutely recommend Joel and his team.

Recently we had an issue with one of the heat pumps. I called on 3:00 PM Sunday and it was fixed by 6:00 PM. Polite, well qualified technician. This is the best service I have ever received on a heating system.

I called around 7:45pm and it went to voicemail. Within 5 minutes I received a return call from Dede. She said her on call person was at another job but if I liked she would have him call me as soon as he is done and come over to repair the leaking valve on my washing machine hot water line. I agreed. About 9:45 I received the call from Keith. He was in the area and arrived about 5 minutes later. He replaced both the hot and cold valves at my request and was done in about 20 minutes.

Keith was polite and professional. I will be happy to use Sterling Services again in the future.

Jourdan was just wonderful when our AC started blowing hot air, turned out one our fuses popped. He was kind and informative and very helpful on a very hot summer day! Sterling has always been wonderful to work with, thank you!!

Ray came for a maintenance check, and saw we really needed a new faucet. As soon as he was able to get one, he was at my door ready to install it. He was so nice, and made sure everything was done right! Been using this company for years, and it's top notch!

Renew Air. Isaac (the technician) was very prompt and professional when he arrived. Wore his mask the entire time and was available for questions and advice. Showed me pictures of the before and after pictures of the work. He took his time and make sure the job was done right- which is exactly what I asked for. Their costumer services staff is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks!
