I had originally called my home warranty company and they said the plumber wouldn't be able come out for 2 days. I called Sterling services and they were able to send someone out within the hour!
Ray was respectful, professional and answered all our questions.
We signed up for their two year service plan. It gives me piece of mind knowing they have our best interests.
Would highly recommend!

This was my first time using Sterling Services and I must say, great company! I got their information from Carrier’s website, which listed them as a certified Carrier dealer. They were able to fit me into the schedule the same day and the repair person was on time! The repair cost was a little steep for the work needed, I thought, but all in all, I’m satisfied with getting my a/c unit working again!! It was the capacitor. AGAIN!, ugh! Lol!

Sterling Services is great, hey have fixed our issues no matter what. Great service every time. Journal today was great, explained everything he needed to do. After 5 years as their client, they refuse to perform, when I have to replace roof and the line is on the roof.

We’re working from home and I called Sterling and they sent Mike out within four hours and he was able to replace a capacitor quickly and efficiently. He got our AC back up and running in no time and he explained the maintenance program to us and also explained our airflow throughout our home. We paid a fair price for the repair $320. I definitely will be scheduling maintenance and keeping Sterling in my contact list for heating and cooling.

We’re highly satisfied with the service agreement we enrolled in through Sterling Services. Their office coordinator has always provided us prompt help when we call. We have had Keith come out to our home a few times now. Regardless of what the item has been, Keith has repeatedly displayed thorough and well informed quality service. He’s taken the time to provide explanations for the diagnostic tests run, as well as the steps needed to complete the task at hand. His recommendations are honest and informative and his professionalism is admirable.

I’ve done business with Sterling for the last 7 years and will continue to do business with them. Michael came out an hour after I called for service. He replaced my garbage disposal and definitely gets an A+ from me. Michael was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem immediately and completed the service quickly. Michael, our excellent plumber from Sterling Services, installed an energy efficient tankless water heater in our home yesterday. It was a big job and Michael made it look like a work of art. This tankless water heater will give us peace of mind (no chance of floods), and save us money. We appreciate that Sterling Services is always there for us. Thanks Michael!

Ray was one of the best people I’ve worked with in a long time. Very kind and courteous and diligent and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Cleaned up after himself, it was a pleasure having him here fixing our shower. Just thought I’d let you know that you got a great guy there!

I have been very happy with the AC and plumbing service from Sterling Services for a few years. The techs are professional and simply good people that I have no worries about having in my house. When I had to have my AC unit replace, Bill went the distance and beyond to get us a temporary fix until they could get the new unit installed and when the unit arrived, they made the installation a super easy process with minimal impact to my schedule. Sterling Services are my go to for all services that they offer.

He was polite, on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He found a possible problem, explained it to me in layman's terms and never pressured me to fix it immediately. These folks are clearly serious about taking care of their customers.
