Sterling Services

I have been using Sterling Services for several years. I have always been happy with their service. Their employees are well trained and thorough. I have never had to call them out again to re-fix an issue. Over the years they have worked on my sump pumps, hot water heaters, general plumbing issues and difficult plumbing issues (including a rental home with 1960's pipes) Everyone - from the dispatcher to the technician - communicates clearly, is punctual, friendly and personable. I trust them to appropriately charge for the work they do. I'm a customer for life!

We Love Sterling Services! Their work is great and they care about the customers satisfaction. We initially used Sterling to replace our a.c. unit. Then, their extraordinary care of our maintenance plan and checkups keep us coming back. Both of the service technicians that we have dealt with (Bill and Vince) have been extremely helpful and caring. An honest company with honest technicians. I highly recommend Sterling Services.

Sterling is an awesome company. Everyone I dealt with is extremely professional. The product that they carry is high-quality. I have purchased 3 A/C units from them which were installed at 3 different properties.

Today's service was performed by Richard. I placed an urgent request at 5:30 am after receiving a call from the tenant. Richard was on location by 8:30 am. He is very professional, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and took care of it promptly. Thank You.

I would HIGHLY recommend Sterling Services. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the tech who came out to the house was so helpful. Just a few months ago we had another company make a mess of our bathroom. I wish I had known about Sterling when we needed those repairs! We will be using them exclusively moving forward.

Our upstairs AC unit started having problems running properly at about 8pm. We called sterling services and they had a technician (Jourdan) out to us in about 45 minutes. He was quick to diagnose the problem and had the repairs done within an hour. He was professional, fast, and explained everything very well. I would highly recommend the company and Jourdan. I would not hesitate to give them my future business and appreciate them being so fast during the later hours.

Service technician Johnny was great! He was personable and got our AC fixed up quickly. There was a mixup with scheduling and communication (with office staff) the first day but overall the service was awesome. Price was good too. Will definitely use them again.

It was our lucky day when we were referred to Sterling Services. Not only do they have the best prices, maintenance plan and service, but they hire the most competent, friendly and caring employees. We have purchased a new gas line, RO filter, water softener and HVAC system from Sterling and love them all! Recently it was our good fortune to have Mike R service our home. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and made sure that the work was done right. Bravo Mike!

Sterling Services is our “go to” company for HVAC and plumbing service. They are always quick to respond, prompt, competitively priced, and nice to work with. And they provide excellent workmanship. I don’t often take the time to leave reviews, but I couldn’t imagine recommending anyone else. Today Johnny was our service technician. It was no surprise that he was just as knowledgeable and pleasant as everyone else we’ve ever dealt with. Definitely a five star company!

Rick was awesome, intime and friendly. He arrived within the time window and gave me a courtesy call 45 min before he arrived. The company sends the techs name and photo before the job. I’ve been working with Sterling Services for 3-4 years now. I highly recommend them for A/C and plumbing. They installed my A/C, tankless water heater and water softener.

I needed my air ducts cleaned and some replaced because Offerpad apparently got alot of paint in the ducts while repainting. Isaac and Mike came out and just did a remarkable job of taking care of the problem. They cleaned the ducts, replaced the fan and replaced over 50 feet of duct work. They were very professional and because they have been doing this type of work for so long had many great tips and recommendations for me. There prices are also very reasonable and I highly recommend getting the 2 year warranty. If you need work done you can't get much better than Sterling Air services!!!

Just had my air compressor fixed by Jesse. Great guy who fixed the compressor very quickly. I am very satisfied with his work and with the sterling family of services!
