Sensible HVAC

Dan showed up on time and immediately got to work. It took him ably about two hours and the AC was back up and running. Even had the new part stocked on his truck!

Sensible air was a pleasure to work with. There was a delay in getting a part for my furnace due to the recent supply chain problems. Sensible kept me up to date on the status of the part delivery. The repair of the furnace went great. One of my air conditioning units stopped working and the technician immediately diagnosed the problem and had it back operating very quickly. My experience with sensible has been great in that the technicians are very knowledgeable and very nice as well. I will be using this company in the future for any problems I have with my heating or air conditioning.

Dan the owner came out on a warranty repair and trouble shooted the A/c unit and had all the parts to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend sensible HVAC.

Had a leak in the drain pipe of the AC, and I had to convince them to even go into the attic to check in the first place. Was told it looks fine and that it was the gable vent draining into the hole and they called it a day. I went up there the next day to see for myself since the problem continued and there was an obvious crack in the pipe fitting. I'm out the $75 service fee from my home warranty company AND I still have to fix the problem myself. Waste of time and money.

Dan the owner installed my new ac,he did a unbelievable job,it works great,he took his time to explain everything, great service,I will be recommending his company to all of my friends,thank you again for my cool house.
