Really awesome company & quality workmanship…I use them for work & home.

My AC quit on a 113 degree day. They had someone to my house the same day. Jeremy was my tech and he was professional and able to fix the problem during the visit. He explained the problem to me in detail and what the cost would be to fix it. He even called to confirm the warranty coverage. I will be signing up for the maintenance program that they offer also!

Ryan Constrom came right out after I called him that my AC was not working . He was A very professional and nice guy. He said that the AC needed a repair and capacitor. He was so wonderful To go back to the shop and get the parts needed to fix my AC in the same night. I would definitely recommend him.

I waited to rate, installation of a new heat pump last May. We ended up with 7 bids, usually do 5 but 2 bidders didn't either know their stuff, or were deliberately deceiving. We chose Ryan and Comfort Experts although they were not the lowest bid. Lowest isn't necessarily best. Why wait to rate? Because even if the service is great (it was) we wanted one hot test (August) and one cold test (January) under our belt to ensure the equipment worked well (It does). So I can with confidence recommend this company, striking a home run on Value, Service, Low Sale Pressure, Timeliness, Cleanliness and all else associated. Thank you Ryan & gang

Very happy. Prompt and professional service. I did need a few things done, but very reasonably priced. I elected to get the maintenance contract to keep an eye on my old unit, and have complete trust that I can count on Comfort Experts to do what is necessary, but nothing that isn’t. Highly recommend.

Ryan was wonderful. Of course my AC Quit on a Saturday afternoon when it was 111 degrees. Ryan was here in less than 2 hrs and had it
up and running very quickly. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and solution that was easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or Hesting work.

Punctual, honest and didnt try to upsell. I first called just asking for maintenance on my unit. Once the tech arrived (early!) he asked some initial questions and then took a look at my unit. He came in and explained exactly what was wrong with unit, and what he believed would fix it. He took the time to explain what each part did and then what he thought would be the best course of action.We ended up forgoing the fix and asked for a quote for a new unit.
After getting multiple quotes for similar units we found Comfort to be the best price out there. They were ready to install the following morning and were on time.
They worked fast and left no mess behind, they took the time to explain to us how to work our new thermostat and answered any questions we had. You couldnt tell they were here by the time they were done. They were polite and respectful and considerate while working.
Our new unit is whisper quiet, is extremely efficient and almost works TOO well. I hope I dont need to buy another unit for a handful of years but I will absolutely be using Comfort Experts when I do. Phenomenal company!

I just moved from Oregon to Arizona and the home I bought had a 19 year old air conditioner and had to get it replaced. I Called comfort experts and received a phone call back right away then Ryan M. Came and checked it out he was professional and so was his team they ordered the AC unit and were here first thing in the morning to install! I highly recommend Comfort Experts! Thank you.

Jeremy has taken care of my family and home more than once with his knowledgeable AC service and quick response times. I can’t recommend Jeremy or Comfort Experts anymore than I already do.

Our AC stopping working and we called Comfort Experts and they were able to come same day and inspect our unit. Trever the technician was very thorough and detailed, spending over 2hrs inspecting inside and outside. He was able to detect the problem and AC is now up and running. Thank-you Comfort Experts
