We were called and offered a special discounted rate for a tune up on our 2 A/C units. The office person who called was very sweet and friendly and I was happy to schedule with them. Felt we could probably use a tune up anyway. We were notified of their estimated arrival the morning of. Trae Sousa, the Technician, was great. Very friendly, very pleasant, very informative, very professional, and very friendly and patient with our dog who wanted him to throw the ball, which Trae did. So sweet. He showed me computers readings and informed me of what they meant, and gave us peace of mind that our systems were good overall, but so great to have the inspection and tune-up prior to our upcoming summer weather and heatwave. I would highly recommend this company for any service needs and potentially a new unit if needed. Considered them. We actually had this company install all new duct work for us when we bought this home a few years ago. They were honest and friendly and professional and very reasonable then, so I was happy to do business with them again.

Darren was amazing!! He explained everything so we felt comfortable with the company and the purchase of the system. He had even pre-booked the very next day for our install in case we did buy the system!! That was brilliant 👏!!

I have been using Comfort Experts for many years, bought my system from Service Star, keeping it in the family. I have had many techs over the years and some I will miss that left. Currently Darren takes care of my needs and does a great job. He is always professional and does a thorough job. The price is good the service is good so I cant see leaving for any reason. Dean was amazing, came out on a Saturday. Thoroughly inspected our unit and gave us the best options with consideration of long term efficiency. He brought us two units to keep us cool while we waited for the new unit. Dean connected us with the owner without hesitating to discuss further benefits of our upgraded unit. Darren helped get all our paperwork in place and assisted us in completing the process of tying up all the loose ends. Dean came back to make sure we would be good for the rest of the weekend. Highly recommend working with them for any heating and ac needs.

Working with Comfort Experts heating and air was very convenient and very reasonable with the pricing. I had their hvac technician Trea come out to service a mini split unit and the whole experience was comfortable and quick. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great company! Monica in the office got a tech at our house right away to diagnose the problem. After the they diagnosed and ordered the part, Trae was so courteous to bring us a portable AC to keep our family comfortable and cool. Luckily, our part came in super fast! Completely recommend this company!

On time, friendly and Professional. They installed our HVAC systems a few years ago and we have them do our tune ups and any repairs that are needed. Great customer service. Highly recommended

I'm lucky for 2 reasons; 1 it wasn't in the 100s when our A/C decided to stop working, and 2 that Frank and Dean were able to get it fixed quickly. Thank you a million times, and if anyone needs heating and air this is the place to go to. They are extremely helpful, professional, nice, and will get it done.

I have used Comfort Experts for an A/C installation, as well as a couple repairs (multiple properties, so not on all the same system). They have always been fair priced, very professional and very thorough with explanation of any repairs needed. They kept the area clean and cleaned up well after the job was done. Everything looked real neat and well done when they were finished. I don't always leave reviews, but these guys were so professional and I was pleased enough with their work that I would call them again when the need arises.

Had a complete new HVAC system installed over a year ago and just had a general routine maintenance done yesterday (May '23). Darren was on time, professional in appearance, and did a great job. This company is really good!!
