Kylie was wonderful we were very happy to see Kylie. I like the way he talks to you and explain things from step to step what he's going to do. We look forward to seeing Kylie again when it comes to our heater for the winter time. Every time Kylie comes he is so respectful and that means a lot.

Called comfort experts to repair heater problem. They sent someone right away, but the problem could not be fixed, aand a part was ordered. later found that it was wrong part sent, so the new part was ordered and installed. Had a couple minor communication problems, however, I live in Nevada, and the job was in California. They did everything in their power to fix the problem so shout out to Dean, and thanks to all the staff. If in the Oakdale/Modesto area, I recommend this company.

This company is very professional and always polite, the service representatives are always on time and have all supplies on hand. They are very reasonable and knowledgeable on what is needed. They explain what is being done and gives you options on repairs, if needed!

Always professional and work gets done quickly. My a/c problem was fixed in one day. Trace did a great job.

The a/c side of my unit was deemed DOA end of last summer and now the fire box (heat side) of my 41-year unit was burnt and rusted thru. I appreciated the honesty and concern for my health and safety when Darren (Comf Expt's) service guy came down off the roof and gave me the low down as to its condition for why she was blowing cold all the time. For some reason my head went to trying to get that last winter out of her and replace her this summer. Knowing replacement was inevitable along with being shown pictures by Darren convinced me to take the plunge now before I burn the house down or possibly poisoned myself with co2.
My ductwork was ripped, dirty & inefficient, the frame holding the unit on the roof was rotten and leaked periodically. Lucky me started at a ground zero refit. New everything. After being educated on the different systems, I made my pick, and the work started the next day. The crew showed promptly the next morning, introduced themselves and started in. The following day I had heat once again and the job was tied up 95%. On day 3 the last registers were installed, and I got my new phone app-controlled thermostat installed. Kudos to Darren, Tray, Conner and Dean the Machine along with a couple other young fellows that assisted. It's been a little more than a week now and well let's I'll just say I'm a happy camper. The unit is quiet beyond belief. A big "Thanks" to Frank Konrath but his crew especially.

Comfort Heating and Air provided a fair estimate to a new HVAC system. There was no down time. Thowed up on time with a crane and the new unit and thermostat, built a custom stand on the roof and disposed of the old unit as well. The system works great! Highly Recommended!

My furnace started making a noise and they were able to quickly (in like 2 mins!) tell me what was wrong. Ordered the parts and the repair took less than an hour. My heating bill has gone down since too.
