The office staff and Service Tech were friendly and professional

I was originally told that this would be a two day job. Ended up taking five after they canceled twice.

They left a bunch of trash from their lunches in my front yard that I had to clean up.

Their tools were charged, so they used my dewalt charging stations to charge them and now I’m missing one of my batteries.

They used one of my extension cords and left it out in the rain overnight.

They forgot to place a vent cover on a vent that goes to the roof, which left a hole from my roof all the way to my garage ceiling. It then rained exposing the inside of my house to the elements.

Overall, I would not recommend this company.

We recently purchased a central heating and air system thru Comfort Heating and Air. We could not be more pleased with the installation and professional service that we received. We first had Frank come to our home and he explained all our options with no pressure to buy. We were very happy with the price Frank quoted and there were no hidden expenses at anytime. All the technicians who came to our home were friendly and answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure talking with them. When we would call the office to set up scheduling the staff was always friendly and quick to get any issue resolved whether it was scheduling a time for a technician to come or just a question answered. The system works great. We would highly recommended using them for your heating and air needs.

So much system gets installed a year and a half ago. It takes on year to get the city to approve the install. Then we find out that they under rated the return and the system dies.
They they show up to put the correct return and say we have no filter for you and it make take me a week to go buy one at lowes, so do it yourself.
I call the office while the tech is here and the office says so sorry we will throw one over the fence in a day or two.
How is that customer service.
So I am on my way to lowes to buy a filter and finish their job for them.

My mom saw ad in paper to have our duct vents checks. Tech came and I had an emergency and asked that no decisions be made until I returned. Tech stayed with my mother whom is the homeowner but a senior. Tech verbalized understanding. My mom doesn’t understand Financial issues very well and gets lost when hearing information all of which I said to tech in front of my mom. When I returned my mom had bought a new AC System. I asked to see paperwork but tech said was done all on phone and computer and that copy would be mailed and sent via email. NEVER received email and paperwork came a week and a half later. Which by then was too late for a return and my mom said AC total was $12k BUT ACTUALLY SHE PAID ABOUT $29k for AC after the financing. She said was a government program which it is not. New AC Is loud runs ALL THE TIME, never fixed original issue which was 2 rooms stay hot at all times. They came back out after I called to correct problem but never corrected it. Went to use heater for the first time which was a few months after new system installed and already our thermostat was broken and we had to have a new one placed. I am still dealing with the financing department because I want to return their faulty product. And WHO PAYS FOR A 29K AC UNIT???? Not right!
