I called this evening, worried that our a/c was not cooling our home and hoping for an appointment within the next week. Shocked, I was given an appointment TONIGHT?!? Arriving at 10:30pm, Ryan got our a/c running properly & then took the time to hose out our air filters!!! Just in time for the upcoming 100°+ weather. Thank you, Ryan!! Quick response, prompt, efficient, explained the issue, professional = Happy Cool Customer.

Ryan did a great job! Comfort Experts always does great work and go above and beyond to fix my AC, they never disappoint.

My washer overflowed so I called to get it checked out. Javier arrived, checked it out, and confirmed nothing was wrong. I really appreciate his honesty. The last time I had someone come out for an AC issue, he wanted to sell me something I didn't even need. Not sure if you pay the techs extra for racking up charges on the customer, but it's better to be honest than sell me something I don't need. Good job Javier.

Job well done. Thorough - presented any concerns without any high-pressure pitch, and was willing to discuss relevant solutions. Resolved the issue, performed services to prevent a potential repeat occurrence, and followed by testing of the service to verify the solution. I'm happy with their services and personnel.

We have a small rental unit in Fort Worth but we no longer live in the area. The tenants notified us that the AC had gone out right in the middle of the Memorial Day weekend. Despite the holiday, the team at Comfort Experts was able to schedule and complete our repair within about 3 hours. We will certainly be going back to them for any future AC maintenance needs.

Deigo, was awesome and through but I was very disappointed with the cost of service. I paid a service fee of $99 plus another $500 for under 2 hours of work and no parts were used just unblock the AC drain.

We had them come do a seasonal tune up. The technician was great. However I was told that I would need a new capacitor for one of my units. The quote for just one was a little over $400. I bought the required part for $30 and installed it in 10 minutes myself. Before you have them complete work do a little research to verify that they aren't price gauging.

I have no training in AC units as a base line for how easy the repair was. Unscrew 3 screws, unplug the old, plug in the new and re insert the 3 screws it was all done.

Their prices are absurd. 10/10 do not recommend based on them trying to steal the costumers money by charging unrealistic prices. I would hope they would be more reasonable in their quotes going forward.

The technician did not reconnect something properly on our attic unit. When I turned it on the wire made contact with metal and we had a burning smell. Thank goodness he had not driven off yet. He came back in and properly put everything back together.

Have had the pleasure of speaking with both Elise & Shay. Both were very pleasant & answered any questions I had. Mark D (w/Justin - trainee) was the technician that came out. Very pleasant, respectful, answered all our questions, felt as though he gave us a more than thorough a/c exam & feedback as to our issue. Assisted us by contacting company himself to get some of our questions answered (financing) & made a convenient appt for us to have a pricing/finance person come out next day to go iver options.

Ryan, our technician, was so helpful and informative. He was efficient, kind and explained everything....even offering some solid tips. We will definitely use this company again and were very pleased they also offer plumbling and electrical service. The office personnel were also great when helping me schedule the service. Great all around!
