We have been dealing with Comfort Experts for many years now and we are on our second unit we purchased from them. Andrew J. came out today for routine maintenance. He was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about taking care of our air conditioning system to keep us comfortable for years to come.

Simon was prompt...I was home and didn't hear my door bell...He called instead of leaving and canceling my appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained what he checked,what he did and what I needed.His recommendations were not pushy. I'm very pleased and will consider his recommendations.👍🏾

Gave this company a chance to give me an estimate on labor since the parts were still under manufacturer warranty and they send a 22 year old inexperience kid to spend 6 hours at my house as a salesman since they are based on commissions and instead of an estimate on repairs. would only give a high estimate to include parts. They missed out on making $1K labor to change out my coil under warranty.

I had to get a new HVAC system installed in my new house, and after shopping around I decided to go with Comfort Experts, I was sold by their expert sales guy and all their guarantees and what not, seemed like I couldn't go wrong.

install went well enough and things have seemed to work fine, except when they aren't. It hasn't even been two months yet and already my system has failed twice. They came out to get it up and running the first time and did, apparently a part defect and they ended up having to unplug something and leave it dangling, it's been about 4 weeks since then and I haven't heard anything about that part getting replaced or fixed, but my AC sure is broke again.

I also gave them a quote over a month ago for their 'low price guarantee' and I keep being told they will look into it by their customer quality person, still over 4 weeks later and just radio silence. I'm regretting spending 11k with this company to install a new system.

I do like that their service techs will come out when you need them and get things up and running, but my overall experience outside of that hasn't been a good one.

Would recommend looking elsewhere.

I love Comfort Experts!!! Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians!! They replaced my heating and a/c system 11 years ago, they service it every 6 months. I haven't had any issues since the installation! It lowered my utility bill and I now live in a comfortable environment.

Riley H provided along with Casey Dobbs provided a very professional review of maintenance and replacement options, which made the decision process much smoother. And Casey specifically executed the plan in the most professional and expedient manner.

Casey was part of team of men that did a complete over replacement for HVAC to include new power inside and outside. I mean every slim detail was up to spec. Thanks guys. Thanks Casey. I recommend Casey!!

I have used Comfort Experts since I bought my first house in 2019. Before that, they have taken care of my families properties all across Johnson County. Great service, great techs, even the ladies on the phone are amazing. You can hear the smile across the phone. Just had my first service checkup since having the full new system installed in June of 2019, and the tech (Kenneth) went above and beyond. Gave me some recommendations for addons without being pushy (being a salesmen myself, he did a great job, just not in buying mode given the economy), installed my in line air filter in the attic for me even though it was not part of his tasks for the day. Couldn’t be happier, and glad I chose Comfort Experts for my A/C and Heating company.

Hands down the best experience after several lack luster performances from other local companies.

We bought our house almost 6 years ago. Going into the purchase we knew that we would need a new system within a short time frame.

Starting in 2019 we had issues that built on each other. From our AC not cooling adequately to finally the heat going completely out.

I had been recommended several local companies that came out to repair the system. Not one of these companies explained to me how badly I needed a replacement. They would come out adjust, repair or install a new component.... charge us ridiculous rates and really not fix the issue.

Finally after these experiences and while I was at work.... the system finally crashed. Hard. It completely stopped working. I frankly had enough. I searched through several reviews and called Comfort Experts.

Not only was the receptionist very pleasing to deal with she seemed to truly care about our situation. They had a service technician out within 3 hours. Not only did he address this issue with my wife he called me and talked through every issue with the system and answered all questions I had and showed me how bad the unit was and how UNSAFE (fire hazard). Seriously was on the phone with this guy for almost an hour.

Moving ahead to later that night they sent a install technician (the price guy) to come over and talk through the costs. I was still on shift and he sat down with my wife and me through a video call and we went through all the options. Seriously there were a ton. He made simple and easy to understand.

When it comes to cost they had the best deals I could find and I got a really good discount for paying it all in cash....

The install guys were put the next day and besides the truck in our driveway you wouldn't know they were there. They were super friendly and worked efficiently. They went over everything they did and the system as a whole. They showed me the maintenance that would need to be done regularly as well as the filters and drain lines. Just awesone!!!!

Even after all of that they sent quality control over to discuss the process and see if I had any questions, concerns or comments. This was a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I cant speak highly enough about them. I will be using them for all of my needs now and in the future. We are also looking at building within the next 2 years and I know I will be using them for our HVAC needs.

I'm horrible with names. However if anyone within the process of helping out my wife, sons, and I are reading this.... THANK YOU FOR ALL OF THE HARD WORK. I truly appreciate all of the professionalism and care that went in to my install!

Called for emergency AC diagnosis. Outdoor unit completely froze and making noises. Casey D made the diagnosis gave us a picture of what was happening and a wise next step to take. Highly recommend this company. They send communications in a timely manner and their Techs are courteous, accurate and knowledgeable.
