Just so you know, I'm reserving 5 stars until I see how their warranty program holds up. This company did a fabulous job installing the the new air conditioning unit on my primary home, so I called them to do annual mannual maintenance on our rental unit. During the servicing, they discovered that the capacitor was not operating properly. While no one really wants to hear that news, the good thing about this was that they were able to repair it at the same visit. No waiting for them to come back. I'm not going to say that they are the least expensive company, or even moderately affordable. They are probably one of the two highest price points out there. But you get what you pay for and so far, I have been impressed with their quality of service and the professionalism of their personnel.

Andrew J was an outstanding tech who was able to find the problem and get our AC working. Glad our service ended with him after the way it started . We were scheduled for service at 10 am which was verified first thing Saturday morning. We finally had Andrew arrive at 2 pm. It certainly would have been nice to reach out and let us know there had been an emergency call. I’m sure most of your customers have things that need to be done instead of waiting for a technician to show. If it had not been for Andrew it would have been a disappointing experience. Riley’s performance was nothing short of incredible!!! His professionalism was awesome, and he seemed very knowledgeable concerning his products and procedures. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with him and his company. I am 66 years old and quite the ‘horse trader’ and I have never approved a contract to the highest bidder. I did this time because Riley earned my trust and business within a few short hours during his visit.
The installation team of Desmond and Jose were awesome as well! They arrived on timed, explained what they were going to do, and proceeded to install our new HVAC system. They had a few setbacks such as the original unit had some cosmetic damage - it looked like it had been dropped - but after making a few phone calls a replacement unit was delivered and installed.
Theresa stopped by several.weeks after the installation to perform a quality check and take the required pictures for the local government. She was very pleasant, professional, and very thorough.
In conclusion I would rate all aspects of the
performance of Comfort Experts to be 5 Stars!

Very non-responsive! I asked them to come out and check a load banging noise on a new system - that they just installed 1-2 months prior - and they spent 20 minutes to check it. I was not advised of the $79 service fee until I received an email weeks later. I called them and they advised I would need to pay the fee. I asked to be called by management - sent an email - no response!
