We had a new unit installed a few years ago, when we were searching for the best company we chose to go with comfort experts because they were the only company who wasn't trying to upsell us. They installed same week and we've had peace of mind for a few years now.

We've always received great service no matter what issue we have. Like 2 months after install and our thermostat had a weird error message pop up, I called and asked if they knew why it was happening, they didn't so they came out to check just in case, it was a manufacturer issue with the thermostat and while some companies would tell us to contact the thermostat manufacturer, not comfort expert, they were the middle men and fixed it for us.

Late yesterday evening we realized it was unusually warm in the house so we watched it for a bit to see if its come down (on peak hours had just ended) and when it didn't we immediately called comfort experts expecting to leave a message and get a call back tomorrow. Except they answered! It was 8pm and they let us know they had one tech available last night and they'd let us know if he could come out, otherwise it'd be in the am. Not even 30 minutes later and we had a call back that they'd be out at 6 am, fine by us we were able to stay with family for the evening.

530 this morning I get a text that our tech is on the way, 7 minutes to 6 Jeremy is at our door. He wasted absolutely no time and got to work. He explained in detail what happened, why it happened, how to prevent it from happening again and the cost, which was more then fair. He also offered a tune up and inspection while he was here and in 1.5 hours we had a fixed ac unit, the area he worked was spotless and our house was already dropping in Temps.

Jeremy was pleasant and professional, treating our property as if it were his own, he didn't upsell us on any plans,treatments, or products that we didn't need. He even apologized that they couldn't get out to us last night!

I have been using Comfort Experts for years. They are always extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do an excellent job explaining what needs to be take care of. They are never high pressure. Jeremy came out first thing this morning to help us with an issue. In no time he found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

Very responsive—they called me back literally within seconds of submitting an online request. They were able to come that same day. Connor was the tech who showed up and was very cooperative and concise. Turns out I just had a blown fuse, but he also let me know of some other issues that may be on the horizon. He didn’t pressure me at all though to upsell those services. I’m in a condo unit and can’t access my roof so he also texted me some photos of the AC unit so I can see what it looks like. All in all a good experience with Comfort Experts.

We have used Az Comfort Specialists for an Ac install & regular maintenance on our home in Chandler. The Trane ac unit has been fantastic and reliable, but more than that Jay has been a trusted professional for one of our most crucial & expensive components in our home. Comfort Experts was very professional and very courteous. The install techs explained everything in great detail. David was awesome on walking me through navigating the new thermostat. GREAT company GREAT people. I highly recommend them.

Comfort Experts installed a new A/C unit and air handling system. They explained everything they were going to do, were very professional, and cleaned everything up when they were done. We are very happy with our decision to have them do this work.

Great experience! I panicked when I got home from work and it was almost 90 degrees in my house!! It was already 6pm so I thought we were going to have a very warm night… I found Comfort Experts and they were at my house within the hour! They repaired our AC at a very reasonable price… Great service, didn’t try to up-sell! Highly recommend!!

My AC stopped working on a 100 degree Saturday. Comfort Experts was able to get someone to my house in less than 2 hours. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get a part on order and my AC was back working before afternoon on Monday.

My air conditioner quit working on a Friday afternoon. It was after 5 pm when I realized the problem. I called Comfort Experts and they sent a wonderful technician, Dakota, out that night. He fixed the problem the same night, rescuing us and our pets from those triple digit temperatures outside. I highly recommend Comfort Experts and Dakota for all your heating and air conditioning needs.They were honest, reasonably priced, and very helpful.
