Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my issues with my current AC unit. For context, my room in a casita is running on a mini split ductless air unit that stopped generating cool air. Jeremy came out to check it out, found a few issues and recommended that the unit be replaced. Since it’s a rental, and with consent from my landlord, Jeremy offered a short-term fix for the unit until I move out, was super responsive and was quick to repair the unit while he was here. He even offered to collect pricing and availability in the event my landlord needed to replace the entire unit in the future. Overall satisfied and very happy to have a working AC in these hot summers!

Saturday afternoon at 3:00 my AC went out just as temperatures were rising.
I messaged foe service on the Yelp app and they not only responded quickly but sent someone out within the hours.
The price was reasonable and the air was on and cooling with it 1 hour.
We will be using them moving forward!

After a bad start (they sent a real dud out), they offered to send another tech. Second tech was very responsive. His efforts resulted in a proposed solution to my problem (condensation drain line clogging). They sent an installer a few days later that put in a new line and resolved an issue that had been a problem for 4 years. He was very professional and I appreciate the company's efforts to resolve a communication issue and get the job done.

I have been using Comfort experts since 2017. Initially they worked on my rental property and eventually replaced the HVAC/Heat Pump system. I have employed them as my primary HVAC vendor since. Just this year it was necessary to replace my home HVAC/Heat Pump system after the 2nd failure of the compressor. They have always been honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know, which in itself is a compliment.

I reached out to Comfort Experts because my HVAC unit had to be replaced. They were 1 of 4 HVAC companies in the Gilbert, AZ area I reached out to for a quote. Out of all of them, Jeremy by far was a standout in terms of his communication style and responsiveness. They also gave a competitive price compared to others. I decided to go with them and I’m glad that I did. They were on time, prompt with their follow up, and they did a great job installing a new HVAC unit and in re-doing/expanding the existing duct in my house. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC service company around Gilbert area.

Thanks Ryan for your quick response to our AC outage and that you came to look at the unit within 30 minutes at the end of the work day. Our system is an old park model and we know it will need replacement at some point in the not-too-distant future. Had our Ac go out this may, and fortunately we decided to call Comfort Experts. They sent out Ryan to help get it rolling through the weekend, which was greatly appreciated because my wife was pregnant. We ended up replacing the entire system. They bent over backwards to make the process fast and easy the entire time. The price was very competitive and the quality of the system and the install was top notch. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and craftsmanship. I wouldn’t think twice having them work on my moms house.

The installation crew was very professional and courteous. They installed the new hvac in the expected time, stayed until everything check out, answered all my questions and cleaned up very well. The sales manager discussed w me of the best value hvac given my needs and alerted me of an available srp reimbursement. System was installed as ordered.
