Great experience with Mark and Ryan helping us with a problem. with one of our A/C units. Came out in a timely manner and took care of the issue.

This A/C company was amazing. They provided same day service by sending out a tech within a half hour timeframe. I was surprised to hear they could send someone so soon regardless of how late in the evening they received my call. At the time, I was dealing with a company who told me the quickest they could schedule someone to come out to repair my unit was 2-3 weeks out. The tech Comfort Experts sent out was Marc who was not only professional but friendly, and informative. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail. I know that in the future, this A/C business would definitely be on my phone contacts for any future A/C issues.

I used this company about 2 years ago when I was having problems with my AC unit. I was so impressed, not only did they fix the problem, they found that one of the parts that needed to be replaced was still under warranty, and saved me a ton of money. Had them come out again today to do maintenance. These are nice people who listen, seem honest, & are professional. When they leave I feel satisfied & not taken advantage of. They are my go-to AC company. I've even referred them to family and friends. Don't hesitate to call.

We have had Comfort Experts install a total of four HVAC units for us in the two houses where we've lived. We got six quotes for the first job, including some from the biggest names in the valley. The sales process was zero pressure, zero creepy "sales" tactics, just good information. In the end, nobody offered nearly as reasonable a price for as quality equipment as these guys. When it came time do do the two day install, Jeremy and the crew showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and got the jobs done as promised. We even had a small issue with one of the units a few weeks after install which was resolved quickly and without hassle. When you're making such a large investment, you really need to know you're getting a good value from a good company. That's what these guys deliver. Highly recommend.

Having Comfort Experts come out and fix my a/c unit was very streamlined. They had fast turn arounds and we’re very good at communicating the options available to fix my issue. Jeremy communicated with me throughout the process and was looking out for my best interest. Definitely recommend this company!

I was able to get an appointment same day on a Friday which was greatly appreciated especially when it is 111 degrees outside. Our A/C stopped cooling the night before. We were quoted between 4p-8p that day and Jeremy arrived by 4:30p and gave us a call 30 mins before he arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix the issue quickly. He checked the whole unit as a precaution for any other issues. They have a very comprehensive maintenance package that actually gives you great benefits. I know that my system is old, and needs to be replaced next year, and they were able to tell me where the potential points of failure are, and what to do to keep it going as I save for a new, and far more cost efficient system. I felt like the tech was extremely honest with me, and that he was giving me the same advice he’d give his own family if they were in my place. I will absolutely be using them to replace the system next year, so I will be back with an updated review!

I have owned two different homes in two different areas with different cooling and heating requirements, but this is the first time that I felt like I truly understood the break-down, the tech didn’t mind taking the time to fully explain the situation.

I can't say enough positive things about Comfort Experts and the experience we had with them while replacing two HVAC systems on our home. We experienced a 4 ton downstairs unit compressor failure and Comfort Experts was able to work with us quickly to get someone out to provide a quote and to do the actual install. Once we contacted Comfort Experts, they had someone out to quote the replacement within a couple of hours of our original call. Jeremy was the rep who came out to our house to look at the system, assess our needs, and recommend a replacement system. Jeremy did an incredible job asking questions regarding our home and our plans for living there. He asked if there were hot/cold spots in the house, how long we intended to live there, what our average electrical bills were, taking measurements in the attic, etc. He used this information to provide us with some options on replacing our system that would offer the best return on investment for our life style and plans to live in the home. After electing to move forward, Comfort Experts had parts ordered and were able to start the replacement process within a day and a half. David and Chris were the installers who worked at our house on a Saturday and Monday. They were communicative, professional, friendly, and timely. We knew when to expect them to arrive, what the game plan was, how long it would take approximately, and they answered all of our questions throughout the process. We also spoke with Ryan from Comfort Experts multiple times during the entire process regarding the parts being ordered, install times/dates, payment, etc. Honestly, all of the employees who we interacted with at Comfort Systems went above and beyond to make a bad situation into a good one. They were positive, friendly, hard working, honest, professional, and reasonably priced compared to other vendors we received quotes from. We won't hesitate to call Comfort Experts with all of our future HVAC needs. Thank you Comfort Experts for getting our HVAC system replaced and for being excellent to work with from start to finish.
