Tech came out to troubleshoot a bad capacitor, he told me my compressor on my 4 year old unit was bad as well, Tried to get me to pay $1900 on the spot to get parts ordered to replace it. We declined and got another opinion to find out there is nothing wrong with the our unit, air is still blowing cold and no issues. Luckily we did our sue diligence and save $1900.00.

Was able to book a basic maintenance appointment Friday night for the following Monday afternoon. Tech called about half an hour before coming, right in the middle of the window I was given. Was professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time going through the inspection I’ve seen others rush through. We did have some things that ended up needing repairs, but the pricing was fair, and he was able to do them right then. There was no pressure to follow his recommendations, he just explained and then let us make our decision. It’s 118 today, and I don’t remember the last time our A/C ran this well! And it’s 11 years old.

I chose Comfort Experts because of prior reviews, and now I know why they are so favorable. I called expecting service later in the week, but Ryan answered immediately and Jeremy was at my house within an hour. Jeremy was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He told me all my options, the price for the extent of work that needed to be done was fair, and my home is now cold again! I would use Comfort Experts again and will happily recommend them to others.

I highly recommend these guys. They provided exceptional customer service, were extremely proficient, and our technician was just an all around good person. Ryan, our tech, was here on time and able to accommodate us with same day service. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with one of our A/C units very quickly and had all the replacement parts with him. He was in and out within an hour even though the issue was pretty complex. Our A/C is now up and running again!

Just had to give a shout out about this amazing company. I called, on a weekend, because my a/c was starting to fade and the wife wasn't very happy. It was starting to get hot outside and our unit was having to work hard to keep up.

Being the smart husband, I did my research and immediately contacted Comfort Experts. They were very fast to respond and arranged to have a technician out to my home the next morning. Sure enough, at 8:00 a.m. Jeremy was at my door, completely outfitted with PPE. I felt safe and secure knowing that he had my family's safety and comfort in mind from the start. Long story short, he identified the issues, addressed them to my satisfaction, and now I'm a very cool customer!

Jeremy was professional, talked us through all of our options, and performed the work to our total satisfaction.

We liked him so much we signed up for the twice yearly gold package.

I have been using Ryan and Comfort Experts for years. I just don’t know why I haven’t written a review sooner. They are extremely reliable and honest. Not only do they service my home, but I am also a property manager and I trust them for all of my client’s needs as well. My tenants always comment about how professional they are. Always on time and always honest! I love how they thoroughly explain everything in a manner that can easily be understood. They have my business for life!

I have had Comfort Experts service my home twice in the past few weeks. Jeremy Mason was the technician and did a great job getting the a/c fan replaced as well as all new wiring to help the unit function more efficiently. He was very good about answering all my questions, helped get my smart thermostat programmed to my phone remotely, and was great to work with. Highly recommend Comfort Experts and will be using them going forward for all maintenance, also.

Our AC had failed on a Friday evening (like they always do) and began the search for a good company to diagnose and hopefully fix the unit. Saturday morning, after 2 calls to other companies that were less-than-promising (one not even answering, and another offering an appointment for the following day) I called Comfort Experts and my call was taken by the owner. He said he could have a tech come out that day (Thank goodness).
In the appointed timeframe, technician Trevor showed up to help. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the unit as the temperature inside was getting warmer and warmer. Trevor was up front with the fix, what it would cost and his recommendations to maintain the unit for the hot summer to come. Based on his friendly demeanor and good appearance, we will definitely be utilizing their services in the future. Highly recommend their services to those needing maintenance or an emergency fix.

Came as quickly as possible to fix my AC when it suddenly went out. They were very professional, explained everything to me, and fixed within an hour. Thank you for great service. I will call you again.
