The store itself was fine, but our entire experience was bizarre. There was a sales associate who made a beeline for us as soon as we came in and followed us around for 5 minutes despite being politely told several times that we were just browsing. She was really pushing for us to do pre-approval for furniture we weren’t ready to buy. As we made our way back to the front of the store, she came RUNNING over to us in tears begging us to sign up for pre-approval. We were extremely uncomfortable, but politely and firmly told her we were not interested because we weren’t purchasing anything at the time. She proceeded to YELL at us and ask why we were even there then.
It was super bizarre, so we don’t plan on returning to this location.

Be ready to be harrassed and lied to when buying. I delt with Moe and from the start, felt as he was a car sales guy. Very pushy and quoted me a monthly payment 3 different times and all payments were different. He was not making sense. I felt like the entire time he kept staring at my daughter. We were not comfortable anymore, so we left.

We bought a washer and dryer from the Conn's in mesa with delivery and set-up. Everything was set up and they said everything was working fine. We woke up the next day with our entire house filled with a gas smell. We called Conn's delivery to let them know and they said they could not get someone out for 2 days. So i scheduled it but they never showed up. My husband called and was put on hold/transferred many times and then got disconnected. We called the store directly and they said they would have a manager call us back immediately. That has been 1 week since that conversation. Luckily we had someone fix the problem and our house is free of gas and nobody got sick. Never will buy from them again

UGH! My dryer went out last week so we went to Conn's to get a new washer/dryer set. Mike was a great salesman, except he didnt update the delivery address on our contract, even after we specifically mentioned the address was different. We live over an hour away mind you. This wasn't brought to our attention until Monday afternoon, when we received the call about Tuesdays delivery. I spoke to the manager and was told even though it was their mistake, I would need to drive back into the store to correct the address, about 3 hours total, round trip. We will either be without a dryer for another week, or have to figure out away to get the furniture we purchased, from the wrong address to our home. I am REALLY disappointed and WONT recommend or shop at Conn's again.

It's easy to figure these guys out after the fact. They pressure you to give them a 5 star rating constantly. The sales people, the delivery people, and the corporate people will call you constantly to get you to go online and review them positively. It's because you don't realize until its too late you've been scammed. They even postpone billing you for a couple months because at the end of that time you find out how bad they screwed you, and You can't return the items purchased. They didn't say a word to me about insurance. I later found out I am being billed for three different insurance policies (life and health, renters, and some other garbage). Nobody ever mentions this. Nobody can help you either. they want things faxed. Who faxes. They want to give up and just pay. TOTAL PREADATORS!
