Shane was great! Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We walked in to purchase a washer and dryer and ended up purchasing stove, microwave and refrigerator. Without Shane’s salesmanship and professionalism we would not have bought the additional items.

We have been to Conns Home Plus for years and have spent a lot of money there. It's all worth it. We have never encountered a problem with the delivery guys or the staff in the store. Any product we have purchased has been in perfect condition. Terrance, Mike, Evo, and Mohamed are just a few of the staff members we have dealt with and are all great! They are all about customer service. These 4 gentleman are always willing to go above and beyond right when we walk in the door. We are very picky and we will definitely continue to go back. We highly recommend Conns Home Plus.

This business seems soo shady I'll never go back. First off, if you submit a credit app online you'll be called 7 times (till I finally told Mike to stop and I'm coming in) I should have used that as my first gut instinct to go somewhere else.
Second main issue I pick out the TV I want and was quoted it being $149 by the sign on the TV, multiple sales ppl and even a manager but when it came to sign stuff apparently that's only if you are qualified for a certain card. Plus, thinking I had 2 years no interest to pay it off its apparently 1 year since I'm financed with Conns instead of GE. I didn't know this until I got home. I would have returned it all and bought it somewhere else had it not been for the 15% restocking fee. Now I'll speed pay this to avoid the 32% interest.
Third issue I have with them is the cramming stuff on. Pay attention people. Luckily I read that on here before. Apparently they want to charge you extra for home insurance unless you tell them you already have it (which I hope I get refunded for).
Fourth issue the TV I was buying was $400 less when buying through Samsung (Black Friday in July special) but wouldn't match price since it's not a printed sale. I should have financed through Samsung. It would have been cheaper per month, no interest for 3 years and option to upgrade TV. (I was approved for them just didn't want to wait for shipping).

Overall I would not recommend friends or family, or worse enemy. Feel free to reach out to fix your mistakes otherwise this review is staying. Purchased 7/28/18. You're only getting 2 star due to Blake otherwise you'd get -10 if I could.

You guys are by far the worst company I've had to deal with. My merchandise was delivered damaged i tried dor over two months to get it exchanged and not a word from you guys other than we will see what we can do. You do nothing but give a headache. What should have been a wonderful buy turned out to be a nightmare. Considering I purchased over 6000 thousand dollars of appliances. My advise to anyone thinking of purchasing from Conns is DONT DO IT! I'm still paying for dsmaged appliances that they refuse to exchange.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer and the whole experience overall was great I had gotten help by an employee named Nicole she was really patient and fast and was just so great she made the whole transaction fast would love to work with her again.

Mark was great. Answered my questions and even brought up things I didnt think about. He was not the kind of guy you would expect as a used car salesmen. Got what I wanted with no pressure. Will be back.
