This was my second time purchasing thru Conns my first purchase was a few years ago, once again they have given me the excellent customer service. Tyler was who assisted me, he did an awesome job always communicating with me, also going above and beyond to make sure I receive exactly what I purchased. Thank you Tyler for being friendly, respectful and straight honest with your Customer Service also in making me feel comfortable with my purchase. I will definitely recommend to others.

I’ve bought from Conn’s before and have always had a good experience there with the employees. They are all very nice and helpful.
My first purchase was a window ac and a double door refrigerator. Paid them off now I have a desk computer and two beds. The young guy that helped us was David and he was awesome we told him what we wanted and he took us to it and gave us some good deals. Nice and friendly staff thank you Conns

It was just an average experience. The customer service was very good, but I just wish I could spend some more time browsing on my own. We ended up not getting anything as their selection of reclining chairs was not all that great.

I can say the experience as a shopper is better than other furniture stores as I didn't seem stalked by a rep, but nonetheless still a bit bothersome.

Great experience with Pamela. She was very patient with me and my work schedule as far as allowing me to go to.the store. She kept in touch with me and was able to give me some great assistance. She was helping another customer when I made it in but she had me taken care of with another employee. Definitely talk to Pamela and she will get you taken care of.

Cobra Strike Down

Other than the salesman, this place is terrible. Appliances installed wrong. Cabinets damaged during install of dishwasher and microwave. And the over they brought had baked on food inside.

I came in very calmly, literally told them it was the installers fault and it wasn't them. Only for one base level receptionist to talk me down for over three straight minutes after the manager left.

It was then I let loose and told the manager what happened. I wish they would have treated me like this day one, I'd have never have given them thousands of dollars.

No one is in the store. My only reconciliation is they go out of business. Absolutely astounding, I'm at a loss for words.

Update: What kind of non response is that? I could give a flying fridge that you've been around for 120 years. Clearly it was run by better people in the past. The office depot right besides you just shuttered up. You should have gone first.

Read This Review: I have purchased thousands of dollars each year from Conn’s. Overall with a good experience and for the past three years spent over $10,000 with this company. Each year paying the furniture off before a year and taking advantage of the 0% financing option. This year with everything going on with Covid-19 I was about 20 days late from reaching out to make a full remaining payment. The agent I spoke with said no problem gives me a payoff amount without the interest. I pay the loan payment and yet they have still yet to settle the remaining balance. I have called over 4 different occasions dealing with this now. They declined the balance payoff stating it was over 30 days. After speaking with the representative she stated oh I do see you submitted the payment before 30 days past I am unsure why that representative didn’t submit it to be paid off then and again to call back.....for a company I thought I would be working with regularly I expected more.

With that being said I believe an improvement in the process to resolve this situation over the phone should be reviewed. I should not have to call multiple times and still feel that my voice has not been heard. It should be policy to call me back as a client when a ticket is placed in due to my situation.

With that being said I work in a line a business where many things can go wrong and I tell my clients it’s about how quickly and efficiently we can handle and resolve an issue when one comes up that matters. I don’t appreciate the multiple phone calls I made but I can appreciate that Conn’s called me less than 24 hours of writing this review to let me know my account has been resolved and will be paid in full. I forgot to mention to the agent that an extra payment automatically came out after the payoff date so to please refund that...if she reads this please correct that as well..and I will give you a 4 star review after the refund is applied. The missing star is in hope of an improvised customer service process. To anyone that is fed up to the point you’re ready to never do business again...write a review and tell them about themselves...Conn’s does listen.

The whole process of getting financed to shoping and even delivery was flawless! Stephon was the Conns representative that helped me every step of the way! He was knowledgeable on all products, policies and processes! He was able to answer all ym questions with 100% certainty! I will definitely be a return shopper when that time arises!
