Update April 24th: got a generic reply from the company. How about instead of me doing your work, you look at your store camera facing the entrance between 8:30 and 9am on April 20, 2019. Look for the couple in their mid 30s. If you endorse your employee treating your customers like this, make sure to keep him employed. We just spent our money elsewhere because of him.

My review stands; Conn's is a joke. I would 100% recommend America's furniture warehouse on Power and the 202 however. They treated us like they wanted our business and the BBQ place next door is amazing.

Mike D was very professional, and have a lot of patients. The staff there was very nice and they all seem to really enjoy there jobs. I would recommend family and friends. Omg. This place makes it so easy to pay for really nice things that you thought you could never had. They let you basically purchase it over time. They will work to help you get what you need no matter what. These workers were really friendly to me and helped me getting my things to my car. They are the reason that I can have a good TV and soundbar. It's not much monthly. It makes things super affordable. I hope that a lot of people see this cause I love this place. And best part it helps build credit with the right, uh, plan I guess I could say. I wouldn't recommend any other electronics store. Just this one

Went to conns for a new range. Same range that Home Depot carries, Home Depot was out of stock until late September. Arrived at Conns and Keith King assisted us with our purchase. He is was knowledgeable and understood our wants with the range we wanted. Will definitely go back to Conns and have him assist us in the future.

I went into the Chandler location and I was assisted by Nicole. Nicole was very helpful and the transaction went very quickly maybe 20 or 30 mins Max and then I was out the door loading up my tv and new surround sound. I would definitely recommend going into the Conn's locations over doing the online order process. Online ordering with Conn's is extremely slow and trying to get ahold of anyone was virtually non existent. Tried calling for about a week at different times. Then I decided to just go in to the store. NOverall though it was a great experience once I went into the store. And has Nicole help me with my purchase.

Be sure to check over all paperwork. The manager will change the contract after you leave without your knowledge. $2,718.07 same as cash. IT IS NOT SAME AS CASH! Made $2,250.00 payment. Balance is $619. Explain this to me!
UPDATE: I signed original contract on 11/17/20. Contract emailed to me on 11/18/20 was changed with out my knowledge. Been fighting with them since on that. Now on 1/10/21 just talked to customer service. And, they have a completely DIFFERENT contract on file!!! That's 3 DIFFERENT contracts! They are charging me $152.60 A MONTH in interest on a 12 month same as cash deal!!! I have to call on 1/12/21 to see what contract these crooks are using!!! Calling AZ Attorney General filing fraud complaint. No wonder US DOJ just brought fraud charges on this company!!!!!
