I went in just to look and came back a few days later to purchase. My sales rep Nicole was wonderful. She was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. She took her time and walked me through everything. I purchased from Conns 6 years ago and it was the same experience. A very great store.

We went to Conn’s for a fridge and we were able to find the one we wanted for a great price. Our salesman Robert was very helpful and made this experience fun, especially since we were with our kids. I definitely recommend Robert and the entire team. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Tyler was amazing!! I went in looking for a microwave and he pointed me exactly to the correct location and was very knowledgeable on the items! The appliance specialist wasn’t there when I went in, but the way Tyler knew about all the appliances I’d like to say that he should have that position! I’ll definitely be going back!! Thanks Tyler!!!

I will never buy from this store again. I purchased a unit and tried to return it the next day. The manager told me I couldn’t. He didn’t give me any options. He said it’s the reason why they offer repair insurance. I asked to call Corporate and he told me I can call them. Their number is online. Well that’s exactly what I did. I called customer service and he was wrong. You have 7 to 14 days to return, depending on what you purchased. You just need to pay a restocking fee. I never seen such a poor customer experience like this before. The manager made it seem the sale was final. Who purchases a unit that doesn’t work to be told you can’t return it? Apparently the Chandler AZ store does. Unbelievable. Never again.

Conns was very helpful from the beginning to the end. CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome with great help they let me browse peacefully and gave lots of direction about each product. They made sure that I knew about what I was buying and asked if I was sure about what I picked out. The delivery persons where great as well wore their masks 😷and asked if I wanted to have them fix my purchase made sure they stood by until I was satisfied with product.
