Applied for credit online received approval within minutes. Received a call from Mike (with the glasses Mike). Mike asked what I was looking for. I told him we were looking for a washer and dryer. When we arrived at the store we we're greeted immediately and asked for Mike (with the glasses not the other Mike). Mike asked what price range we we're looking in. He did not pressure me to spend more. The transaction was smooth. We waited in the massage chairs which were awesome. The washer and dryer will be delivered on my requested date. Couldn't hapve gone smoother! Thanks Mike (with the glasses and the other Mike too!)

It was a very easy and simple process. Mike did a great job explaining the different products and services available. I was very satisfied with the service and will enjoy that beautiful 85 inch Tv

I picked a new bed and mattress, and was in and out in 45 minutes. Stephon was great to work with, and really took care of me. Was thrilled to find out delivery was next day!

The people at Conn’s are totally personable and generally just good, hard working people. I had to give them one star because COVID took a toll on my work hours and my income. I was able to keep things together for a while, but after 2 months, I had to ask for help. I’ve been going to Conn’s for close to ten years, so it came as a shock when they offered NO HELP OR RELIEF for people affected by the COVID pandemic. I still have my furniture, but was told I could not miss a payment and am still struggling to try to make the payment so my kids don’t see that their father is struggling.

Customer service is a 1 star, the salesman are extremely pushy! If you miss 1 day their collections company which is based out of India or Pakistan will completely harass you with up too 10 phone calls a day. Please do not purchase any warranty. They are worthless!!!! A vendor came out and never installed the couch cover. I have a mattress which is 8 months old, it has 1 stain and therefore it is NOT under warranty any longer. For the money, the merchandise is worthless. I recently bought a $500.00 ottoman. Paid it off and the entire middle is sunk in. Just horrendous . I will never go to Conns again ever.

I had a great experience here. AJ was the sales representative that helped me. He was full of knowledge and great patience with all my questions about flat screen tv's. I did not feel pressured into buying, like some establishments can be. Although I was purchasing outright, the "rent to own" aspect was interesting if I ever needed to go that route. Overall, the staff I came into contact with were polite and eager to please. I had wonderful interactions with them all. As far as the store's appearance, again another 5 stars. A very clean and orderly establishment. Lovely displays, products for sale were clean as were the floors. I say this because I've visited "Discount/Warehouse/Crazy Murray" type places and the floors are filthy. The display cases and shelves are held together by duct tape and a prayer, and you leave the place wishing for a shower and a change of clothes. The reason THOSE places can offer products at such low prices, is because they cut corners on maintenance and cleaning supplies, (not to mention pride and self worth). In closing, I would certainly return to Conn's! It was an experience I would enjoy repeating.

I had a very comfortable, no pressure experience. Ovo,My salesman was very easy to talk with an answered all my questions. Showed me everything he had that I was looking for in a very relaxed manner and allowed me to take my time. Everyone there were very nice.

Kevin Y. was our sales man. He was so personable, we didn’t feel any pressure, didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We actually enjoyed what we thought was going to be a grueling process, Kevin made it a wonderful experience!

This was a first experience for me financing furniture I have always paid cash for any purchases. The people that helped me
MO and JOSE were so wonderful they explained everything so well and were so accomadaing . I own 2 businesses and would be grateful to have such amazing team members as Mo and Jose . They must be treated very well where they are employed . I would steal them both from you to join our team but they are both to loyal to CONS to go anywhere else
